Very nice house in the Luštica peninsula with a beautiful terrace with natural shadow from The trees and nice view on the sea. Perfect location to go around Kotor area. The house is well furnished and rooms are very comfortable.

We had a wonderful vacation. The place is very charming, the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The cottage is located off the beaten path, which allows you to relax in peace and quiet. Hosts are kind and helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped. Two bathrooms provide great comfort. The beach in Morinj is the cleanest and best, we visited many towns in the area. Great stay in the old town of Herceg Novi! Super cute home, had everything we needed. Host left us a lovely welcome gift of wine, chocolates and fruits. The apartment was very clean, plenty of clean towels. I would stay here again for sure. Host was very kind and communicative. Thank you we love Herceg Novi!

We stayed at Ivana's place for 2+ weeks with our 9 yo son and our dog. It's located rather far away from bus stop (around 30 minutes walking), but anyway it's better to have a car to see Montenegro :) The apartment itself is quite nice, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable. The terrace on the 1-st floor has beautiful view and is great for relaxing, especially in the evening when the sun is not that hot. We also liked to have our breakfast in the front yard. During first days we had to keep our dog on a reash because of many cats walking around ;) The internet connection is not very fast, but low latency and stable - fine for video calls. The wifi router was stuck twice during our stay, so we had to power cycle it. Ivana was always reachable and helpful. My best recommendations.

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

The place is in a great, quiet area, convenient with a car. A few minutes to the ferry, beaches are plentiful next to it. The apartment itself is cozy, everything was needed. Windows overlook the mountains, the bay. The pool is clean and looked after in the yard. Cons: ants on balcony and room, poor wifi connection, room was a bit lacking in cleanliness. The host is friendly, helpful, served his own production wine, speaks English. Thank you for your stay, recommend it, we hope to come back!

The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The beach and restaurants were within easy walking distance and the back terrace was a beautiful place to sit in the evening. Ivana was very helpful we had no trouble finding the place and were welcomed with coffee, a bottle of wine and cold rakija. Great value for money and would definitely stay again

An apartment with everything you need, well furnished, everything was present. Nevena was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The large terrace is not on the apartment itself, which is 2 floors lower. Location is top to explore the Kotor bay, fortunately a lot quieter than in other places around the bay. The only downside is the very busy track in front of the building, you have to cross it to get to the beach/ water. A big advantage is the garage for the car with charger for an electric car. Nevena goes above and beyond to give her tenants a top stay!
