Vacation rentals with a home theater in Henrico County

From the Time I booked the Air Bnb to the morning of checkout, Brandi was a Phenomenal host. She was always responsive and went out of her way even when I needed last minute changes with my booking. The Space is clean and offered the perfect amount of amenities. Me and my partner did the shared space option and was fortunate to hang out with Brandi on our last night. The sweetest and most down to earth person you will ever meet. I will definitely be back!

He was excellent we came out for a football tournament so I had 6 boys with me age 9-11 the projector came in handy to watch film I was afraid the kids would make too much noise but it’s in a nice area with a park right around the corner so they went there. Will recommend 10/10 thank you so much

Eugene was very very responsive, and very accommodating for my last minute need of a place to stay! Very quick to book, the place looked exactly like the photos! It was very clean, and charming! I really enjoyed my last minute stay, and would 100% book again if in the area again!

Eugene really cares that you have a positive experience. The apartment is in a great spot. We only had a short stay, but could easily be comfortable there for longer because things were so well placed and the beds were very comfortable. We encountered a small issue upon arrival but Eugene responded within a minute and jumped into action to fix the problem. It was a mere hiccup in the end. General FYI - For those with mobility issues, the sidewalks in the area are very uneven. Minimal stair steps to enter the apartment though. It’s an old city and most businesses are not accessible in the neighborhood. The apartment feels bigger in person than in the photos. Tall ceilings throughout. The common entrance corridor is well-maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations!

This place was a great space for our group! The owners are responsive with communication. Just know that you have to lock the front door from the inside and go through the back door in order to make sure the house is locked.

This is the third time we've stayed in Kim's home so it feels like home away from home. The home is well-appointed and spacious but cozy. The location is very convenient for us and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Kim is a very gracious and responsive host. We plan on staying again when we travel to the Petersburg area.

Perfect setting for our family to reconnect. Host was great with communication and the home was unique. Very welcoming and fun!

It is an incredible property, pictures and words don’t do it justice. The home, grounds and neighborhood are very well appointed with a wonderful layout. There are multiple outdoor gathering areas, we saw swans daily, the bird and frog songs were enchanting. We walked the neighborhood every day. The pool and landscaping were amazing. The master wing is exceptional. We were there for a family wedding and the “princess” dressing room was very well used. The master bath/ shower room has a steam feature that we enjoyed and the” sparkly” bath and shower were magical for our grandkids ( and the adults.). The art and collections were exotic and everyone, not just the grandchildren were enchanted. We entertained 10-25 guests comfortably each evening. As to previous reviews about cleanliness-it was fine, as per linens, everything was available, clean, folded. PS if you want the St. Regis this property has much more to offer than fluffy robes and slippers. We will be back!

This beautiful home was exactly what I needed to house my extended family to be close to a graduation venue. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They were so helpful in EVERY way, truly going above and beyond. Older homes have character, and upkeep can be a challenge. However, here the interior was spotless, and exceeded my expectations, 10/10. The exterior had a couple spots that could use attention, but was overall very nice. Beds: quality mattresses, linens, and pillows! Even the day bed downstairs was super comfy. Kitchen: clean and well-stocked. All the essentials and some extras were available. Backyard: amazing! We made use of as much as we could, weather permitting. The gazebo is a lovely place to gather. And the pickleball court—OMG—we literally spent hours on it! We also played corn hole and other games. All in all, a fantastic weekend, and this home is at the top of my list for Richmond. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Luis was a highly attentive and considerate host. The house was great, and a great time was had by myself and my guests.

We gathered in Richmond for Father’s Day and this home provided the perfect hub. We couldn’t find a restaurant to accommodate our group because of the holiday, so our chef son and a few others fixed a fabulous brunch for which the spacious kitchen was ideal! The game room and tv room were welcome amenities since it unfortunately rained much of the time and we weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space as much as we would have liked. Overall the home was beautifully appointed, comfortable and super clean. It offered a variety of gathering spaces in a beautiful and peaceful setting that was perfect for making family memories.

We were very happy to have found Jamal's house on such short notice. It was well appointed and clean. The area was quiet and peaceful. Jamal was a very helpful host. We'd love to stay there again next year, and add a couple of extra days!
