Outstanding apartment within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the James River. Eugene was a phenomenal host. Very responsive and extremely helpful and courteous. I would absolutely stay here again. 10 out of 10.

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip! The house was spacious, and the backyard was incredible. The surrounding area had a lot of family friendly attractions and restaurants. Medy also offered several child friendly accommodations, including pack n play and toys.

Beautifully decorated and clean studio. Studio faces pool and outdoor seating of food hall so it was a bit loud in the evening. Food hall is a great place for drinks and food, however very limited options for vegans. Overall, a pleasant experience and would book again.

Bryson's place is truly a home away from home. Me and my son have stayed multiple times and every time I am delighted to be there and sad to leave. The bed is so comfortable. The blinds and gossamer curtains in the bedroom give it a very homey feel. Using the office as a small bedroom for my toddler is just perfect. We are close to each other but have our own space. The kitchen is clean and well appointed. And the home itself is really in the very best part of the Fan. We really love staying there and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Richmond. And to top it off Bryson and Teri are really nice people. They do an excellent job hosting. They are always available and communicate quickly, clearly and proactively.

I truthfully don’t think 1000 characters is enough to describe my experience. From start to end Eugene has been a wonderful host, making my stay worthwhile. I previously stayed at one of his listings and that’s what drove me to return as a guest at his home. From the quick responses to the cleanliness of the homes, the beautiful decor (which might I add are the PERFECT touches), and the comforting feeling of “home away from home.” It’s just PERFECT. I had so much fun playing pool, the building amenities were amazing as well, watching my favorite shows on the projectors gave a movie theater at home feeling and might I add, an uber ride ANYWHERE from the apartment isn’t long at all. I can honestly say that I will always book a stay with Eugene every time I come back to Virginia. Look no where else, this is the place to be. Eugene I thank you so much for accommodating me on my stay and going above and beyond to make sure all was well.

Although we had a brief communication issue, Felicity was there with the support I needed. She reached out proactively to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend and would book with her again!

If you ever coming to richmond for a short or long stay i definitely recommend this place to stay in downtown richmond, Eugene definitely has different listings to encounter as well, the host is very responsive and attentive to anything you might need during your stay, this place is definitely great place and location.

What a cultural treat! The host's collection of art and books from around the world added a unique touch to my stay. The place was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

This was the perfect spot for our wedding anniversary—quiet, private (no neighbors in sight), and surrounded by nature with a grocery store nearby. The sauna was a 10/10. It rained, so we skipped the firepit, but the string lights were a nice touch. The hot tub was a bit cloudy, but we didn’t address it after a (thankfully injury-free) car accident in Richmond. The cold plunge wasn’t filled—it didn’t work out for us to have time to prep it, but I would’ve loved to try it if it had been ready. The house was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable with plenty of towels, dishes, and thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee/tea, and streaming access. A few extras—like a flat sheet on the bed, bottled water, or a robe for walking to/from the sauna—could’ve added a bit more value. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing escape!

Another wonderful stay for a weekend getaway with other couples and kids. Bunk room and garage game room were perfect separation for kids to have their own space. Lots of nature in this area- crabs, eagles, perch, turtles, frogs and catfish to name a few critters! House had every convenience of home- trash bags, laundry supplies, dishwasher pods, soap, laundry baskets and cleaners. It was so nice to arrive and not have to go out for basic supplies!

This house was terrific for family to stay at during our son's graduation place. Beautiful, spacious home in a beautiful setting right on the river. The indoor and outdoor amenities were many and very comfortable. The dock on the river was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and with everything we needed for a nice stay.

Our family had a wonderful time at Jeffrey’s place. The home is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed (including lots of kids books and toys). My children loved the private beach (it’s amazing) and exploring the property. We found fun shells, and even a few shark teeth. We daytripped to Jamestown and Williamsburg (10 min to the ferry, 20 min to get across) and had a wonderful time at both places. My kids had a blast riding the ferry (getting out and watching from the upper deck is a must). Definitely plan to get groceries ahead of time - it’s pretty remote, in a good way. Lots of fun wild life to spot - bald eagles, turkey, deer, even a skunk! Fun was had by all, we would stay again.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was an absolute dream! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how incredibly spacious it was. There was so much room to spread out and relax, which is exactly what we needed. The entertainment was phenomenal! The large TVs really added to the overall enjoyment of our downtime. Beyond the specific amenities, the whole place just felt incredibly welcoming and well-maintained. We can't recommend this Airbnb enough for anyone looking for a truly comfortable, spacious, and entertaining getaway. We will reserve this space again in our future travels to the Richmond VA area.

We had a wonderful stay at this very clean cozy home! The screened in back porch was our favorite place to relax morning & evening. Every need was anticipated with clear instructions. The kitchen was so well equipped, my girls were able to make bread. Jenny was very responsive throughout our stay. We felt comfortable & safe.

We enjoyed our stay at Shacorey’s place. It was exactly as described, she was quick to respond to inquiries and instructions were clear. We loved the open floor plan and spent time around the large kitchen island eating, drinking and chatting. Overall a great stay!
