Independent access and self contained for your privacy. Comfortable and cosy, the garden room comprises of a shower room, sitting room and double bed sized bedroom with a desk, monitor for duel screen working, and a single wardrobe. Welcome to our "mini home" away from home. Newly renovated annexe. Own access through the garden. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station and town centre. Ideally located to travel to London (train takes 30 minutes to Kings Cross). If you want to have a little family holidays, this is a lovely town. Walking distance to the cinema, the farm, and the nature reserve. Toys and baby equipment available upon request. Beautiful big garden with plenty of entertainment for children.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a newly converted , self contained barn. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge.
