Chill out in style in this 1920s Arts & Crafts bungalow. Here, richly patterned rugs complement artifacts that range from natural wood carvings to angular sculptures. There's plenty of space, both inside and out to start and wrap up your fun-filled days in the mountains of western NC. Dash into Asheville to check out their scene or hang in Hendo with many great activities close by! We have awesome shops, restaurants, and breweries - all within walking distance of each other!! Come experience our freshly renovated 20's bungalow with 9 ft ceilings, hardwood floors, and nice furnishings. There are two comfy bedrooms with new, high quality mattresses and linens, each with private full bathrooms. We designed the kitchen with the gourmet chef in mind and it holds everything needed for the imaginative cook. After a day of exploring, relax on the front porch with your favorite beverage and snack, reminiscing about the day's events. Inside entertainment includes a 50"smart TV hanging over the fireplace, WiFi, and a Bluetooth sound system. If you need extra more space, consider also renting our Carriage House behind the bungalow! The listing title is "Newly Renovated Carriage House - Walk to Downtown" We also have a 5 STAR rated 1940s cottage called "Newly Renovated Cozy Cottage 3 blocks to Downtown!" a couple miles away. We have worked hard to create a great "home away from home" in the city we love dearly and we hope you get the opportunity to visit. You're very close to everything downtown "Hendo" has to offer! Countless shops, restaurants, bars, and breweries are minutes away. The whole house is yours so you will have access to the entire home. There is a Carriage House that accommodates 2 people in the rear of the property that may be rented. If the Carriage House is rented, they will use the driveway for parking and use of the backyard. We are here if you need us but the place is yours! The bungalow is located within a quiet historic neighborhood minutes from downtown, which is full of great restaurants, breweries, and cafes. The street is very quiet, and lined with beautiful homes listed on the historic register. In the rear of the property, there is a wonderful long term renter in the carriage house. Although you can walk to town, a car is recommended in Hendersonville to get around. It is possible to also walk to the public Apple Country transit stop. Apple Country transit has routes throughout Henderson County The fireplace does not work but it looks lovely! Check out our other 2 short term rentals! The Tree House, Admire Pristine Mountain View’s

The Tree House is a 2 bedroom 1 bath A-frame cabin built in 1971 overlooking the trees. Our home has a beautiful picture window that allows for amazing scenery as you sit and enjoy friends & family inside or on the deck. Our home was renovated by us in 2017/2018, it has been so much fun to be hands on while our vision has come together to give an industrial rustic feel. The Tree House can be used as a base camp as it is centrally located in the NC mountains ...10 Minutes to Historic Flat Rock & the Flat Rock Play House, 15 minutes to downtown Hendersonville, 15 Minutes to Dupont State Park, 20 Minutes to Brevard, 35 Minutes to Tryon Equestrian Center, 45 Minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway, 45 Minutes to Asheville, & 45 minutes to Greenville, SC. Once you head up the driveway you will have parking for 3 vehicles on the parking pad. Do not park in the garage. Please use caution when pulling in and backing around deck support poles. Guests will have access to the entire property minus one owners closet with a pad lock. Available as needed by text, phone, email. I will be happy to recommend cool restaurants, breweries and area attractions. We love to hike so we can provide suggestions on hikes in the area. The cabin is set a top a plot of land along a private gravel road, yet only minutes by car from downtown Hendersonville’s dining and shopping. Pay a visit to Carl Sandburg's Home, then grab a cold one at Oklawaha Brewing Company. A vehicle is reccomended We have a Insignia Roku TV & DVD player. The TV is attached to an antenna with about 15 stations and it has apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Google Play, & Sling. Guest will have to use their account logins for the apps

Magnolia Drive Refuge, safe and comfortable

I've taken my two end bedrooms (450sq feet) and turned the space into an efficiency apartment with a cottage feel. The space has it's own entrance, bath, bedroom, pantry area, livingroom space and full kitchen. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

We are located between historical Hendersonville and Flat Rock. We're less than a five minute drive from downtown. Entertain yourself at the Flat Rock Playhouse just minutes away.
