A working farm in the Eden Valley with beautiful views over the river Lowther and overlooking woodland rich in wildlife, including red squirrels and deer. Given its peaceful situation, it is surprisingly only a 5 minute drive from major transport routes (north/ south/ east/ west) and Penrith Station. Only 5 miles to Ullswater and the lakes. Barn conversion includes bedroom with private terrace, bathroom (shower and bath), large sitting/ breakfast room. Well behaved dogs welcome on request (2 maximum - extra charge of £10 dog/night). Dozy Rosie's lake district accommodation

A totally private well presented self catering studio apartment close to Pooley bridge and Ullswater and the surrounding fells. Main room contains a double bed(not kingsize) a smart tv and sofa. A separate shower room with toilet and small well equipped kitchen (but no oven) all located on the ground floor. There's a small patio at the front that looks over the garden and catches the sun all day. If you're into walking, running, cycling and open water swimming then this is the perfect location.

We live in a beautiful, unspoillt part of the Eden Valley close to lakes and fells. We are a working farm and the airbnb space is a static caravan looking out onto fields, woodland and a river front. It is a simple caravan with all that you need for a stay in the Lakes. It's a great place from which to explore the Lakes - Haweswater is withing easy cycling distance and there are plenty of amazing walks on the doorstep with Shap Abbey just a couple of fields away.
