The place was absolutely amazing and Karin was very responsive and helpful. Truly recommend this listing if you’re after a peaceful and calming place to go. There are still many places to see in the surrounding area and nice restaurant to visit. Can’t recommend this place enough! Loved it.

Very sweet and cosy tinyhouse. It's beautifully situated very close to the sea. Kenneth is very kind and helpful and provides you with a lot of useful information. If you're lucky, you can see eagles circling in the sky. We enjoyed our time there a lot.

We loved staying at Sandra‘s beautiful house! The location, between ocean and quarry with turquoise water was superb. Sandra was very helpful with recommendations, thanks to her quick responses we got the most delicious baked goods of the island. We’d definitely come back!

had a nice stay. the house is very modern and clean. beautiful view from the house. you have everything you need in terms of furnishing. we charged our electric car comfortably over night. the communication with the owner was very good and quick, if there are problems. we enjoyed the stay!

Such an incredibly nice, cozy and lovely accommodation! ☀️💕 So peaceful in the countryside among flowering rapeseed fields, lambs and swallows, but at the same time close to Visby. Here we (mother and teenager) really lived well and got such a nice and warm welcome from Karin and Peter! The accommodation has everything you need, is clean and fresh - we slept well in the beautiful beds and enjoyed hanging out on the couch with a movie, as well as outside on the lawn with a book in the evenings. Perfect for us to be able to cook our own breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen and we lacked absolutely nothing during our stay. It is noticeable that the family put their soul into the details, we were even greeted by a cute bouquet of flowers when we arrived🥰. The lambs, the chickens, the cute cats and the happy dogs were, of course, a favorite! We'd love to come back! ☺️🫶 Agnieszka and Hugo

Simple and charming

We chose this place because we fell in love with the atmosphere in the photos and wanted to experience something different, as Charlotte’s listing described (outdoor shower and dry toilets). The location was stunning. After a three-hour bike ride from Visby, we arrived at this secluded spot, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and forests. The cabin is rich in history, once serving as homes for former locals after passing their farms to their children. From here, we explored the area on our bikes, discovering breathtaking spots, including the new Kafé Pölen by a lake, about ten kilometers away. But our real highlight was meeting our host, Charlotte. Communication with her was easy, and her kindness made our stay unforgettable. She was always attentive and available for any questions we had. One evening, she even invited us to a piano concert on Fårö, a moment we will never forget, listening to Debussy's Clair de Lune with the moon rising over the sea. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

A large house on the island of Farö, for which you need an extra ferry from Farösund. The ferry is free and runs every 30 minutes. Farösund is about 1 hour north of Visby. This is something to keep in mind on arrival. The house was large and spacious and more than sufficient for 2 people. The house is situated on a dead end street, standing alone within a few hundred meters. However, it was not easy to find. Sebastian sent the description, but we still couldn't do it without further help. It's best to send you the exact coordinates. When entering the key code, you also have to keep in mind that you start with an asterisk * and also finish entering with an asterisk *. Since Sebastian is probably only there once or twice a year in the house and otherwise familiar with the guests, unfortunately it was not left clean enough by previous guests, especially kitchen, very unfortunate.
