In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed with soft yellow bedding. A minimalist bedside table holds a simple vase with fresh flowers. A light source is mounted on the wall, and a glimpse of a bathroom can be seen through an open doorway.

All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

We can now welcome you to a newly renovated apartment here at Klæbjerggaard. We can offer 2 beds in the bedroom and a sleeping space in a loft that is connected to the living room. There is a nice large kitchen and private bathroom/toilet. From the apartment, you can enjoy the beautiful nature and you are welcome to use the fire tent, play tower with slide, swings in the trees and there is the possibility to borrow the Weber grill and TV. There are many places with shelter on the grounds and a fire pit. The house is tucked behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Strand. This one offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is in two staggered levels. There is a trampoline and a homemade football goal.
