Stenhaga - lake house

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with open fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

The property is located in scenic Öjaby in Växjö with only 400 meters to lake with beach. In the area there are playgrounds, swimming, hiking trails, bakery and kayak rental. 3,5 km to Växjö airport and about 6 km to the train station and Växjö city center. We live on a cape with water around us. Newly built apartment with all the amenities. Has access to own jetty with bath. There are nice bike paths, and hiking areas in the forest and in the surrounding area. Mushroom and berry forests. Most of your needs such as food etc. are within about 2 km radius. Good bus connections to the city centre. Approximately 1 km to bus stop. In winter we have skiing tracks close by, and if the ice is lying tours with long-distance skates. Near golf club. Some restaurants within about 2 km radius.

There is underfloor heating throughout the cottage and also a small ac. Sleeps up to 3 (3e bed air mattress). There is also a TV with chromecast, but no TV box. You also have access to your own parking for car and bike. The cottage is located close to scenic Hissö nature reserve, Kronobergs Castle ruin and 200 meters to the restaurant Ryttmästargården.

The tranquility of the lakes in the forests of Vittsjö

Lovely cottage from the 50s with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a promontory in Vittsjö lake area so here you have the peace and quiet, but is still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest in front of the knot and lovely hiking areas. Good fishing just meters from the front door. You will wake up with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy the starry skies and the owls' howling at night.

Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the well-known Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich stock of fish, forests, animals, we rent a lake house right by the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Vasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night. A boat (7.5hp engine) can be hired for €350/week including fuel. If you are a group, you can also rent our "Guesthouse at Skälsnäs Manor" (see there), 100 meters from the lake.
