Welcome to rent an architect-designed cottage with high standards and large terrace facing south. The cottage is located 250 meters from Sandviken sandy beach. In Östergarnslandet there are farm shops, restaurants, cafes and hiking trails. The accommodation The cottage is 56m2 with open plan kitchen and living room. Around the whole cottage runs a generous wooden deck with several seats. There is one double bedroom, sleeping loft with two single beds and living room with double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped the bathroom has a shower.

With us you live rural and close to nature, while the house is only 20 km from Visby. Beautiful hiking trails and nature reserves are available next to the property. The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes away (car). It is close to the west coast, east coast and lake (Tingstäde marsh) so swimming can be adapted to the weather and wind. In walking distance there is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

Excellent bike/hiking trails in fine nature and cultural landscapes with medieval buildings. 50 km to Visby. 13 km to Fårösund. 5 km to the bus stop. Car chargers are available. Since spring 2020 a private shower is available for our guests. The house is located in the backyard surrounded by forests and fields. Only 10 minutes walk to the stunning coast of Burge. A trip to the Blue Lagoon or Faro Island will take about 30 minutes. The road to the center of Visby takes 20 minutes(Bus #61).

Small cottage on the owner's plot. The plot is a total of 2,900 sqm and on it is the brew cottage, a residential house and a barn. The cottage was renovated in 2016. New kitchen decor, new bathroom, klinkers in the ground floor, wallpapered and painted. Upstairs laminate floor and wood paneling on walls and ceiling. Outdoor patio with small barbecue, table and four chairs. The cottage has two floors about 50 sqm. Two small children can fit in the sofa bed. Or an adult.
