There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. The house is furnished with large living room, utility room, 3 separate bedrooms - 2 with double bed 160 x 200 and one with 140 x 200 + bunk of 90 x 200. Additional alcove with bed of 140 x 200 cm. There's a brand new kitchen with new appliances. Attached to the house is covered with dining area - south facing. There are new floors and brand new quality beds, all sleeping 9.

There is parking in the street (but not on the private road opposite the house) and there is the possibility of sitting in the small courtyard. The house was renovated in 2023 and is 60 square meters. 2 min. walk to forest 10 min walk to shopping, restaurants and beach.
