Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

Cosy apartment - quiet area - city center.

The home is a bright and inviting apartment located in a high basement with windows that provide plenty of daylight. The living room and bedroom are particularly bright and spacious and are connected. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in November 2018 and appear modern and well-maintained. There is a storage room in the apartment that we use ourselves. However, we make sure to avoid it when there are guests. I emphasize that the apartment is always clean and presentable.

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Welcome to a self-contained apartment in the house newly built in 2017! The apartment is about 75 sqm and contains living room, two bedrooms, small hallway, kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher and toilet/bath. The apartment has 5 sleeping places as well as a cot. The apartment is located 700 meters from Kolding city center and has a garden down to Kolding Å. Parking is available on a public quiet road. We have a nice apartment connected to our farm. It is 60 m2 and has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, TV, WiFi, living room on the 1st floor. The apartment is suitable for a couple with 1-2 small children. We are located 800 meters from the child-friendly beach Vejlby Fed. Our wilderness food can be used for a fee of DKK 200 or EUR 25, which is only paid once, but you can use the bath as much as you want.
