Overlooking Perth city with glimpses of the Swan River & a stones throw to Kings Park. The studio has been lovingly restored - a cosy, unique & modern space. The studio is fresh & clean with a lift to get you to the top floor. Built in the 60's the outside is a bit worn & has some quirks. The property is located next to the freeway and has double glazing installed to mitigate noise. Parking is free, but there is not a dedicated space. There is street parking (free overnight & paid during day).

We really enjoyed our stay at Sue and Roger's, we were very warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The rooms are as described, the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is also great! Sue and Roger were super nice and helpful, we had good conversations and they supported us with really helpful tips for Perth and also for our further travel planning. Your Labrador Hux is very lovable :) Overall great two days, we would come back anytime!

Anita was extremely helpful to me and made my stressful move to Australia a lot easier, she went out of her way to help me continuesly and always made me feel welcome, made a great effort to show me around and help me get set up with my bank, phone, gyms, long term accommodation etc etc. I would highly recommend anybody looking to move to to Australia to stay with Anita as I don't know how I would've managed everything alone, thank you Anita 😊
