The apartment (57 m2) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat because we don't want to take an extra charge for families. UKSH approx. 15 min. on foot, CAU approx. 20 min. on foot, Opera approx. 19 minutes on foot, Kunsthochschule 2 min. on foot, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. on foot, Motorway access approx. 5 min. by car. Minimum stay: 2 nights! Three rooms: A private bedroom, a private kitchen & a private bathroom in a beautiful village about 4 km from the beach. 3 people can also sleep in the room as it would be big enough. The third person would have to sleep on the sofa or on a mattress on the floor (in the same room). From here you can explore the Holstein Baltic Sea very well. To our family I, my wife and our two sons (7 years and 5 years) as well as our female dog belong to our family.
