Karen’s Cartlodge is absolutely beautiful — exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches like cozy blankets and throws. The bed was very comfortable, and the well-equipped kitchenette included handy basics like tea, coffee, and sugar. Set in a peaceful area, it’s perfect for a relaxing stay, with a great pub just a 10-minute walk away. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or stay again! Fantastic communication from Karen from booking to end of trip.

Lovely apartment and well situated. Vanessa was quick to respond to questions. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Simon was very hospitable and approachable when it came to making my stay more comfortable or just to have a chat! The room was as described with a large wardrobe for storage and plenty of sockets to plug in devices for charging. Bed was comfortable and Simon was kind enough to adjust the heating settings for the colder nights.
