We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Big Red house in New London! The host, Chris, was so helpful in working with our dates. We traveled to New London for my mother-in-law's celebration of life, and I could not think of a better place to stay with my family and close family friends. The children (and adults!) enjoyed the game room and other amenities such as the screened porch and hot tub. We would have used the sauna/cold plunge if we had more time. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very private but easy access and close to downtown New London which was perfect for us. Again, I must highlight how gracious and helpful the host was - it was one of the best experiences I had so far with Airbnb. Please consider staying here - you will love it!

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

This is a beautiful, brand new, and pristine house. The location is perfect, close to Meredith. It’s a very short drive to Fun Spot and a close walk to the neighborhood beach. Very clean and modern. A great stay!

We have rented from Patricia at this location over the last few years. The home was great for our annual family getaway at Tenney mountain. There were great skiing/snowboarding conditions and of course the snow tubing run was fun for all. The house was clean comfortable and made us feel at home along with all of the amenities and beautiful views of the mountains. We will definitely be back next year to enjoy another fun weekend!! We were incredibly lucky to stay in this wonderful place! From the first minutes it became clear that the owners put their soul into creating coziness: the house is perfectly clean, everything is impeccably maintained. We were especially pleased with the presence of all the necessary things - the housing fully corresponds to the description! And the lake… absolutely beautiful. The peaceful view from the window, birdsong in the morning, and sunrises and sunsets. Brandon is a wonderful host — kind, easy to communicate with, and clearly thoughtful. This home rightfully deserves 5 stars without any doubt. Brandon, we really loved your house and we want to come back here again and again ...

This is an absolutely fantastic home base to explore the NH lakes region as well as eastern VT! Jesse was an amazing host. He was super helpful and offered a myriad of hiking and dining suggestions well in advance of our stay, and even offered an earlier check-in time! The directions were easy to follow, surrounding location exactly as-described, and check-in was a breeze. Inside: The home itself was very well appointed, including a lot of really fun games! We loved how the focal point of the main gathering space was a great table rather than a TV. Excellent idea!! Plenty of space for our family of 5 including 3 older teens. Outside: The deck was lovely, and the neighbors waved to us when we passed, which made us feel right at home. Super close to Newfound Lake, and Squam too- if you want to see where “On Golden Pond” was filmed! :) Odysea was great for coffee and a quick breakfast, and Hannaford is super close for groceries. So sad to be leaving. Don’t miss this treasure!

The estate was absolutely beautiful and spacious and was very peaceful. We arrived and were able to access the property with ease using a smart key. It was clean and looked exactly like the pictures provided. There were lots of games, pool table, air hockey and multiple trails to walk on. It also included a wonderful hot tub that had great jets to soothe and massage your body and help with aches & pains! It was well maintained and very clean. We had a wonderful 3 day visit and felt very refreshed afterwards. Derek was extremely responsive and an excellent host. We hope to visit again in the near future! J Combs

We stayed for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! Our outings were in Meredith so the 20 minute drive was easy and well worth being somewhere more quiet especially during bike week. The house was clean & matched the pictures on the listing. Overall, we loved the house, it was charming and cute and had everything we needed! The location worked great as well for what we had planned! Thank you so much!!

It was our best “Vacation Dating” stay. From the moment we stepped inside, Jessica’s thoughtfulness for her guests showed throughout this Tiny Home. She smartly provided every amenity imaginable…some unimaginable, unique, and thoughtful…to make one’s stay very comfortable. Then there was the hot tub.
