Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

This attic apartment is a dream come true for all early birds. If you love to be woken up by a five-year-old morning grouch with screams, this is the place for you. If you're not quite sure if you want to start a family, by 6 AM you'll be a little closer to making that decision.
