Very responsive and accommodating. A snow storm arrived during our stay. FFB was a perfect place to be! The local store had everything we needed & Jay’s place was nice and cozy! The large patio windows offered picturesque views of the snow falling- It was like being in a small town Hallmark movie! We highly recommend for a winter holiday stay!!

We loved staying here. Megan was a wonderful hostess! Our family really enjoyed our time there.

We enjoyed our stay - everything was clean and functional! We had everything we needed to make multiple meals in the spacious kitchen. Even though it rained all weekend there was plenty to do at the house, and we loved the view of the lake from the patio. Our host was friendly and responsive both during our stay and before we checked in. Highly recommend!

We had a great time with our family in this Airbnb! It had everything we needed and more. The pool was not too far away. I wish there was closer lake access than the sandy beach but overall great time. Super clean and understanding with all of our questions and needs.

I spent a week here and it was great. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lovely shower, comfortable reclining sofa, and fast internet, which i used for a couple of work zoom meetings. Finally, excellent value! I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was enjoyable for all the family. We had five grandchildren with us and their parents and everyone enjoyed the pool the most. Plenty enough chairs and nice big table under cover area to eat outside and enjoy it. Nice to have a grill also. The lake being just a feet or so from the back yard was enjoyed by the grands. The house was very spacious and clean. Being so close to some small restaurants and grocery stores was a plus also. We have no complaints other than the concrete around the pool being so rough on your feet. We would definitely consider staying again. Thank you 😊 Lisa Doss and family

Great condo. Great to have two balcony’s. Two full baths upstairs plus the half bath down really helped as we were attending a wedding at Fairfield Bay.

My friends and I have been to this lakehouse several times. We always enjoy it! The house comfortably seats many people and has lots of towels, plates, ect that you would need. Brooke is always responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Truly a wonderful home! The openness of the living room and kitchen, the island with a cutting board top, the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were such a blessing for our family and our vacation. We were at Greers for a family reunion and a few family members stopped by to say hello. They asked me to share the information so they could possibly reserve the space in the future! Very impressed and grateful.

Cynthia was an absolutely wonderful host with a beautiful home to share. Very responsive and helpful. House was very clean, had all the amenities. Heber Springs area has lots to do, especially for ones who like to stay active - lots of trails and scenery!

Worked out perfectly for our family. We selected this as home base for the grooms family. The back deck was perfect and we loved that there was plenty of seating. The only disappointment was a pull out couch was listed and pictured in the back living room, and it was just a couch. We did bring an air mattress just in case, so it worked out. We'd stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for our extended family and gave us plenty of space to relax, reconnect, and enjoy our time together. The kids had an amazing time exploring the large yard, playing near the pond, and splashing around in the full creek. We set up a canopy nearby so the adults could relax and watch them have the time of their lives. We spent our days hiking in nearby state parks, and returning to this peaceful home each evening was the perfect way to unwind. The porch quickly became our favorite hangout spot—we enjoyed meals, coffee, and hours of great conversation out there. One of our favorite features was the tub in the master suite. After a long day on the trails, it offered a relaxing, quiet space to soak and recharge. The home was clean, well-stocked, and felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. From the peaceful setting to the thoughtful touches, it exceeded our expectations. We made unforgettable memories and highly recommend this stay!

We ended up doing something different for thanksgiving since two of our grown sons were in town and what a great decision we made! I honestly was sad to have to leave this home!! This was the perfect venue to get away from the “hussle and bussle” of our professional lives which we i felt like this would not be my time visiting…. I would say the ONLY thing i was slightly disappointed about was not seeing any wildlife :) Thanks again for wonderful accommodations! C Lamb

We had an amazing Thanksgiving here. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable and Andrea was an amazing host. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. Having the lake views and sunsets was such a gift. I absolutely recommend staying here. Great location and beautiful surroundings.

We have now stayed at this place two times within the last year. We really enjoy the space, outdoor seating with ceiling fan, gas grill and pathway to the boat dock. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We will look to book again in the future.

This was a perfect place to stay, right on the river. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything we might need. Our host was very accommodating and very responsive. It was a very enjoyable experience!!

It was a private area without a bunch of loud neighbors. Our host was very responsive leading up to the stay and during it. It ended up storming a fair amount of the time we were there but the house had plenty to do inside. Everything we needed was right there and available for us to use.

This place was fantastic. Alot of stairs, but there was a bedroom on the ground floor for Gram and Gramps. Perfect. It was a bit of a maze, but so artistically designed and very well made a equipped. It is a well built house and with the ourdoor sitting area , lights, dock and creativity and thoughtfulness that went into it, it stands out among all of the other surrounding houses. Beautifully crafted. I wish I lived there. We had the best time, caught lots of trout. My children fished the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of different types of pillows to choose from. My husband always takes his pillow, forgot it, ended up finding one that was perfect. The river is so peaceful in the morning and beautiful with the fog. Great showers. Thanks a bunch for a 5 star stay. And thanks Nina for accomodating us so well. We will stay with you again!

The house is super clean, it’s very cozy, and peaceful. The large backyard is great for kids and family time. Location is great, it’s close to Lacy’s where we keep our boat. The hosts are also great to deal with. We liked it so much we are staying there again two more times this summer.

This was a great stay overall. We ran out of things like dishwasher pods, paper towels, and toilet paper. Fitting 9 guests was definitely a bit of a stretch, but doable.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. If you are looking for a place with a breathtaking view, wildlife all around, and a peaceful slice of heaven, this is it. We will be back again!! Thanks again Nathan
