The lot is large enough for parking a boat, jet skis or a pontoon as well. There is a Dollar General as well as a Harps located less than 1 mile.

Little Red River/ Greers Ferry home away from home

You will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located house. Our home is a few hundred yards from Winkley Shoals access point on the Little Red River and a short 7 min drive to the Dam Site Marina on Greers Ferry Lake. There are so many things to love about the location all while having the amenities to feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes plus there’s a gas grill for all those wanting to serve up the fresh catch of the day.

Our cottage home was completely renovated in 2017 and has a modern farmhouse feel with designer selected finishes. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom attached, and 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. You will have use of a washer and dryer, WiFi, a full kitchen, and can park your vehicle under a covered carport.
