Overall good stay! It is directly in their backyard which is clear to see by the photos but I didn’t expect small children to be playing/swimming but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall 4/5 ⭐️! peaceful surrounding, pool was nice, house was clean.

Valentina was an excellent host! I would occasionally meet her working in the garden on my way out in the morning and we would have a lovely conversation about our days, but also about our lives. She also always made sure that there were no issues with the place. The surrounding area in Barton Springs was also very inviting for long walks, especially during sunset.

Extremely responsive and proactive hosts for a gorgeous property. They even setup their green egg for grilling. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

It was such a cute find! So pleased to have stayed at this location. Everything was clean and in great condition. If this place is available, book it!! Friendly reminder: to enter and leave, you must be able to climb a spiral staircase.

This treehouse studio was exactly what we needed: a cozy place to sleep or relax while exploring Austin TX. Clean and organized, professional host, and secluded space. Also, the ideal place to stay if going to The Moody Center.

Megan’s place is just as cute in person as it looks in the pictures — which is one of the reasons I chose it! She thoughtfully stocked the space with coffee pods, a steamer, Q-tips, cotton rounds, along with other items and even a toner I now want to buy for myself. Everything was so convenient and well put together. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely and charming property, in a beautiful neighborhood and very centrally located. Kimberly was a fantastic hostess, so kind and accommodating, and my stay there was one of the best experiences I've had on AirBnb. You really couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Austin. 10 stars!

We had an excellent stay in Austin. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. While there isn’t a kitchen, the mini fridge was appreciated and everything was as listed. Aury was very responsive and a great host. The views from the property are beautiful!

Great stay and friendly, helpful hosts! Very comfortable 6 week stay. We immediately felt at home. The place is spacious, clean and has high quality appliances. Interior is tasteful. A/C worked great even on very hot days. The gated community is safe, peaceful and green. It is very well kept. Everybody we came across in the neighborhood was friendly. Can definitely recommend!

Martin was a terrific host! The guest house was very comfortable, super clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Great location as well - easy to UT area, downtown, and east side happenings.

My stay at the treehouse was PERFECT! It was clean, cozy, and had a great location. I truly felt at home here. This was probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in - and I travel ALOT! Shelly was also super accommodating to an early and late check in/out due to my flight times - which I really really appreciated. I come to Austin for work once or twice a year - and I will definitely be coming back here from now on.

This home had everything we needed and more! The location is perfect - the yard and amenities are fantastic!! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily!!! Truly large enough for everyone to sleep comfortably. Super helpful hosts helped us arrange rentals for a rehearsal luncheon at the house - so easy and so accommodating!! We were delighted to have everything we could have possibly needed as far as towels and toiletries etc. thank you for helping make our son’s wedding week great!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Katrina’s place was in a great neighborhood, close to everything but quiet and walkable. The apartment is very nicely done, extra linens, kitchen had everything we needed. The deck for morning tea and coffee was perfect.

This Airbnb had everything we needed and was in the perfect location, about 30 min to an hour from multiple towns/big cities and beautiful natural areas to see. We loved the house’s view of the hill country and being able to watch the sunset from the upper patio. The yard was amazing to hang out in, very peaceful. I loved the trees, wildflowers, and bugs/animals I saw, and the dry creek bed was so pretty to sit by. There are deer that hang out in the yard all the time that you can feed with corn, they were friendly but still wild animals so we just fed them and kept our distance. There was a hot tub, but we were too busy to get a chance to use it. There were a few local restaurants we tried that were good. The owners provided a lot of useful information about the nearby areas, river, canyon lake, etc. The owners provided bathroom and kitchen basics which was much appreciated. The bed was comfy. A lovely place and I would stay there again in the future.

This is such a great place. It was comfortable and quiet and perfectly located for me. I stayed on my own, but it would have been great for a couple. All the instructions and communications were great and I felt very welcomed!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming little cowboy-themed studio in the heart of the Bouldin neighborhood. I booked the space unexpectedly due to the citywide power outages, and it was such a comforting and welcoming spot during a stressful time. The location is unbeatable—quiet, walkable, and full of character and lush trees. Billy was incredibly kind and accommodating, which is always appreciated but doubly so under the circumstances. He went above and beyond. He also has two friendly and enthusiastic boxers who were a sweet bonus! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique, cozy, and well-located spot in Austin. We ordered in bahn mi from Elizabeth Street Cafe and made cappuccinos with the Nespresso machine. Shower water pressure was excellent and water was hot. Delightful! Even cuter than the photos. Thanks Billy! We’ll be back!

Margaret is the host that we always hope to find when looking for a place to stay. She is the most welcoming and considerate host I have ever had the pleasure to stay with. Her space was also perfect for us as well. Plenty of space and a perfect base to come back to between activities in Austin. Walkable to the excellent Cherrywood Coffeehouse, and a short ride away from dozens of other great places. The bed was very comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, while also being within minutes of all of the exciting parts of Austin. Margaret has also set her guests up with plenty of suggestions, including a folder filled with menus from local restaurants with some personal recommendations. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer, and enjoy morning coffee with the birds (and a few colorful lizards too!).

Great place to stay. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. AC blows and stays cold. H-E-B and other great stores are within a 10 min drive.

Great spot, very clean, felt right at home, walkable to great bars and restaurants, would definitely stay here again when we visit Austin!
