Yoho House is a luxurious and secluded farm house surrounded by spring fed creeks at Delamere; along South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula. Yoho House is the perfect country getaway. This private and comfortable studio space is perfectly set up for those who want to experience the country and seaside at the same time. Situated on 5 acres which is also set up for horses, Moana Views offers the chance for guests to stay whilst exploring the wonders this area has to offer. Also, there is a short drive of approximately 4 kms to Normanville and Carrickallinga Beach, or maybe you prefer to ride or float your own horse down to the beach instead, the choice is yours!

Duckcottage: quaint stone cottage

Duckcottage is a five room stone settlers cottage built in 1853 on five acres of bushland at Second Valley. The property is now a refuge for wildlife so it is NOT suitable for dogs or cats. We call it 'duck' cottage because of the height of the doorways. It has been lovingly restored, and the habitat for birds and native animals has been established through revegetation. The property is secluded (there are no neighbours in sight) but it is a short drive to the beach.
