Lakeside Annexe in hamlet next to the K&A canal

The Annexe is attached to our house which is on the edge of a small hamlet bordering the Kennet and Avon canal in the heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale. It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

Self contained large annexe near Stonehenge

Self contained annexe attached to our beautiful old house (Cleeve House) on a private shared driveway in the village of Figheldean in Wiltshire. It's peaceful & quiet with its own entrance and all on ground level. Plenty of parking to the front, fresh eggs a few doors away available to purchase with shops a few minutes drive away. The annexe is great for large families or friends travelling in a group, it sleeps 12 adults, plus z bed and travel cot for children. It is light, spacious and cosy.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.
