Thanks for the stay! Pretty location on the golf course, turkey visits every morning with the sunrise! I’d recommend updating the beds and streamlining the checkin. Otherwise great second floor location in NW of the big island, with quick access to some of the best beaches on the island.

This was a room at the Kona Coast Resort, one of my favorite resorts in Kona. It’s more of a time-share resort, so a bit quieter than the more touristy places in Kona. Kona Coast’s rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you would need. Our room had two full baths and a bedroom with a nice balcony overlooking the golf course. Kona Coast has very nice pools, hot tubs, a poolside restaurant and a very hot sauna. I’d recommend staying at Dee’s place here at Kona Coast Resort. Dee was easy to communicate with and was very responsive.

We loved this place a lot! If you like pickleball or tennis there are tons of courts too! The condo is very spacious like a small townhome. We would love to stay again and would have loved to stay a few more days but couldn’t extend the dates. You are walking distance to the bay that has all the manta rays at night and the outrigger- so it’s a fun place to walk around and explore. We will book again!

The accommodation met our expectations. Very comfortable, large and clean, with sea view terrace. Very nice pool with small functional bar-restaurant with a functional quick menu when you don't want to travel somewhere to an island restaurant. Nice amateur tennis court - plastic squares surface and not exact tennis parameters net, but even like that very nice for holiday's match, and for free. We only missed the nice resort beach, but that was the same problem mostly everywhere on the Big Island. There was no bathroom soap.

We stayed at Kalven’s place with our baby and we loved our stay there. Kalven was very responsive at all times we’ve reached out and very easy to communicate with. The place was beautiful, peaceful and close to restaurants and some nice beaches. The amenities we used, like the hot tub, were also great. We ended extending our stay two extra nights and we appreciate how smooth and easy the whole process went and the fact that we didn’t have to check out and into another apartment. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Booked this place at the last minute for an employee to travel for work, Kalven responded back quickly! Great communication. Place was perfect.

Loved staying here. Nice safe place to stay with pool and hot tub. Near some nice beaches and places to eat. Large room with nice views

Great location, great service. Great views. Having been our first time, waking up to the beautiful landscape of the Island of Hawaii it was worth it. The only downside I can complain about is the water slide closes at 5pm and there is no privacy wall to separate from the master bedroom and bathing area. Have to be more careful with your kids running around. I also did not get pressure into buying a timeshare or any membership and that was nice. Benjamin was a great point of contact and I would recommend him with any of the locations he hosts.

Ryan is accommodating and always available when we had questions. The unit was as described. Will definitely book through him again when planning other trips.

Had a family of 6 we all got in the place really well . Pools were nice and in walking distance. Beach was a little drive away but still very relaxing.

Simple but good. Somewhat old furniture and stuff, but they are planning to renovate soon.

We had an enjoyable stay and made full use of the room’s facilities, as well as the pools and walking paths around the property. The scenery is beautiful, and the location was perfect for my trip, which was for the IM WC 2024.
