Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

Independent accommodation in the raised basement of our house. You have 2 bedrooms (160 x 200 beds), the largest being equipped with a TV area, a bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen with Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer and stove. Private parking inside a courtyard.
