There are windows on 2 sides; kitchen has window with morning sun and bedroom/living room has window where the sun is until about 9-10 pm in the summer. There is a double-leaf entrance door with full-width glass. Free area and forest are 100 meters away, an eldorado for adults and children in summer and winter. It is 8 minutes walk to the grocery store, and good communication to Oslo city center, Lysaker, Bekkestua, Sandvika etc.

In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!
