You will stay in a listed old building from the 19th century. century, distinguished by the elegant facade of the Neurenaissance as well as the high ceilings with stucco. The 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom will be completely refurbished in 2024 and equipped to a high specification.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The living area is equipped with high-quality real wood parquet, while the bathroom offers elegant Jura natural stone. A rustic wooden staircase leads to the sleeping gallery with a wooden frame bed and a lounger net. The fully equipped kitchen with stove and Jura coffee machine provide comfort. With its own access, parking and direct connection to nature, this loft is a real highlight.

Modernly converted overseas container as a tiny house

The modern residential unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe haven in Wertheim. Not only our environment benefits from the creative upcycling idea, but you do too. The tiny house offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26 m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking space right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own home.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Cozy attic apartment at the foot of the castle in the heart of the old town of Wertheim in the immediate vicinity of the Kilianskapelle and Stiftskirche. The marketplace is about 50 m away and all shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. There is a parking place available in the immediate vicinity. There is a ground-level bicycle cellar (4 steps) for bicycles. E-bikes can be stored and charged free of charge.

This tiny studio apartment is located in the Bestenheid district, only about 2 km from the city center and almost at the same height as the old town. (No uphill climb) Located directly on the Main bike path, it is ideal for cycling tours along the Main. The apartment is on the second floor, has two bedrooms with one double bed each, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a large living room. Faulbach is the ideal starting point for bike/MTB tours, and hiking trips in the Mainvorland and Spessart, fishing on the Main, archery course nearby, or just to relax.

Pets are welcome here. For each animal we charge a one-time fee of €70 per animal.
