Fantastic self contained little barn conversion a few minutes from Haslemere and the surrounding villages. Perfectly cosy place to begin or end a walking holiday in the beautiful countryside on our doorstep, or as a short overnight stop whilst visiting friends or relatives.
“Lovely little space, well placed for exploring local walks and the iconic Devil’s punch bowl. Very cosy with everything you need, and nice and warm! Make sure you bring a torch if you want to walk through the woods to the Prince of Wales pub! :) thanks Heather!”
The Barn is up a long private woodland track, in the Surrey Hills. We feel like we are in the middle of nowhere, yet we are only a couple of miles from the centre of Haslemere. Whether you are getting married later on in 2020 (or indeed 2021!), are looking for great walks, visiting friends or relatives, or just want to escape it all, we really hope you will love this place as much as we do.
“Gorgeous property, surrounded by beautiful views. Melanie was a superb host, very accommodating and able to help with every small enquiry or request we had. The barn was spotless and lots of lovely local walks close by so even if you have to stay in and isolate, you still have lots to do in the outdoors. You may need some cosy clothing to lounge about in though as it can get a little cold due to all the big windows/glass throughout”
Lythe Studio is located in the beautiful, tranquil gardens of our family home on a Private Estate, with far reaching views to the Downs. A walkers/cyclist dream location. We have lovingly restored the studio to create a luxurious space which we welcome you to enjoy. The fully equipped, 1 bedroom suite has its own parking and garden area to enable you to chill out and enjoy the view. <1 mile from Haslemere town centre & station, set in an Area of ONB. Goodwood & Cowdray only a short drive away.
“Great little studio, perfect for a couple! Everything was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with lovely touches such as wine, milk, tea and some croissants for our arrival. Claire-Louise couldn't have been more welcoming and gave us some great tips for local walks and dining. Really quiet and peaceful as well, great if you're looking for some time out. All in all couldn't recommend this little place and Haslemere enough - we will be back!!”
