Close by are rural pubs, award winning restaurants, farm shops and a thriving market town. There is plenty to do; country walks, golf, fishing, holistic therapies, shopping and 4 stately homes within 10 miles. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate babies or children due to potential falls from height.

Cyclists, hikers, workers, bird watchers, artists, holiday makers, everyone welcome, but sorry, no pets. Suitable for a close couple or a single person as studio (one room) accommodation. Beautiful views over fields, off the beaten track, a quiet, restful haven to chill out, go walking, biking or drive to country pubs. Canal is approximately 20 minute walk away and the historic jurassic way in half an hour. Cyclists welcome, we have secure storage available. Spot the wildlife all around.

Accessed through its own outside door, the Skyloft offers light and spacious, heated first floor accommodation. As well as a comfortable double bedroom, it has a spacious living area with a kitchen area where guests can prepare their own breakfasts and microwave meals. It has 3 velux windows (with blackout blinds) which open and overlook the garden. Quiet village location close to the Kings Head pub which offers breakfast, lunch and fine dining. Local country walks, gardens and stately homes.

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

The Grain Dryer, Harrington.

This is a converted barn in rural Northants. The most memorable thing is the view!! It sits in isolation with no neighbours for a mile but looks out over miles of uninterrupted countryside. The barn has a 5 acre paddock on which there are 11 friendly sheep and has a huge patio from which to view the beauty of the surroundings. To the side there is a pergola and seating looking over the side field. 5/6 beds including one downstairs for those with mobility problems.

A contemporary conversion of a 19 century building within the rear courtyard of the main house. Access to the property is via an outbuilding of the main house. The ground floor consists of a large double bedroom with spacious en-suite facilities including a walk-in shower. A staircase leads to a large and airy living room with plenty of natural light. There are two comfy sofas, a work area with desk and office chair, HD SmartTV with freeview and free wifi.

Our Cosy Cottage of Hearts! If you need a place to come and totally chill out then this is the place, Haselbech is a peaceful village where you can walk, cycle and explore all day long! OR snuggle up and do nothing but read a good book, cook nice food and relax. We live only 10 minutes away and will help with anything we can! Good pubs are not far away and there is so much to do in the area.

Detached thatched cottage within the grounds of our charming family home Fern Cottage, a 16th Century house in the centre of Clipston village. Originally two workers' cottages. Guest accommodation is completely separate from the main house and is self contained.
