This place was exactly what I was looking for in a home away from home. Everything was as it was described and more. Danielle was very responsive, supportive and helpful. Will definitely recommend for future travelers.

5/5 recommend. Very clean, quiet, safe, and nice. An issue I had was with the host making it effectively impossible for me to extend my stay after he had promised me to extend. So NEVER plan on extending your stay. He also would constantly threaten me with a $250 cleaning fee if I scratched the floor or didn't clean the toilet etc. I recommend just budgeting that money into your stay (even though you probably won't have to pay it) or else the constant threats will get on your nerves. But overall, a pleasant and nice stay, a good choice.

The studio was clean, spacious, and well thought out especially for a long term stay. I appreciated the stocked supplies. I also really loved having the river as a view! Overall, I had a comfortable stay with really no issues.

This Shire-themed basement unit was a good stay. Honestly it was a 4.5/5 but the host Nichelle is terrific so 5 stars. Pros include a great bed, private entrance, fast WiFi and off street parking. Also the private washer /dryer was great. My main critique were the low ceilings which is listed in the description but two spots in particular were lower - the kitchen vent and the shower (I couldn’t stand straight up). Not sure what could be done to improve this but I did hit my head quite a few times. Also guests above when occupied could be loud during sleeping hours.
