We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

The Hide is a tranquil getaway, tucked into the corner of Lemons Farm, our 15th Century thatched farmhouse. Originally a piggery, the cob and stone building has been converted into a little cottage with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine sleeping area. Fall asleep under the stars and wake to the sound of birdsong. Lemons Farm is located in Atherington, a lovely village with a church, tennis court and park. Some great pubs are nearby as are the gorgeous North Devon beaches.

Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

The cottage is set in a rural location, so very peaceful but only a mile off the Barnstaple to Exeter main road so easily accessible to the North Devon coastal areas and Exmoor National Park. The cottage lies in the courtyard of the main thatched farmhouse and is on a working sheep farm.

Somers Hiscott is a stunning large holiday home which was completely renovated to create a wonderful space for all ages to enjoy. The house has a spacious lounge complete with a wood burning stove and a luxury kitchen/diner packed full of appliances. There are six good sized bedrooms, five of which have zip and link beds, which can be set up as either super-king double beds, or two luxury singles, allowing for plenty of flexibility in accommodation.
