Beachfront vacation rentals in Harpswell

Perfect location. Parking space right out front of the cabin. Quiet street. Felt safe. Picnic table in the back of our cabin. Less than a minute walk to the beach. We were able to walk to the pier and didn't have to drive at all for the time we were there. We stayed in Cabin #6 and it was a perfect size for myself and sister in law. Jason let us keep our car parked at the cabin for a few hours after checkout so we could spend a little more time at the beach and not have to drive and find parking somewhere else. Would def. rent one of the cabins again.

We got exactly what we paid for. The apartment was spacious for our group of 2 and our dog. We enjoyed morning walks down by the water and coffee from the local coffee shops. This place was close to so many great parts of Portland - exactly what we needed for a long weekend away!

We had an amazing time at the Aslan house with our dogs. It has a beautiful view of the lake and just a short walk to the beach. It is peaceful and quiet, super clean & cozy. The host was very friendly and we can’t wait to come back again. Thank you!!

Michele was very welcoming and we appreciated all of the recommendations she provided. the guest house is quite small but met my and my husband's needs for a quick getaway. thank you for your hospitality!

it's a magical location and such a well appointed apartment. as someone who has hosted on airbnb, I really appreciated all the amenities they had. the hosts are so dope as well. you cannot go wrong with the place, the location, or the vibe.

Loved the layout of the house. Great kitchen and master bedroom. Master bath a little cramped. Enjoyed the view and outdoor seating.

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. I had an absolutely magical stay at Camp Moonbud. It was just me but I could have fit the family. For starters, it’s on a beautiful lake. The house is cozy and lovingly decorated, high-end linens, well stocked kitchen, and spotlessly clean. They didn’t miss a thing. I was the last visitor of the season and the chill was setting in, mist coming up off the lake in the mornings, and the most beautiful evening sunsets. I can imagine what a joy it must be to be here in the height of summer. The camp is located near to great hiking (I hiked), good food (I ate), and not far from Midcoast or Portland. The proprietors – Amy and Dana - are unmatched. They are responsive and warm and engaged Mainers; they picked up a grocery order for me because I was getting in late the first night, left treats for my morning breakfast, and even invited me to join their Sunday morning running gang! Huge bonus. Left Readfield with a couple of new friends! Highly recommend this gem.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cosy cottage. The views of the Casco Bay right outside your door are truly breathtaking. The kitchen was very well equipped, the gas grill was useful, and the porch overlooking the bay was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Jack was available if needed but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing and clean stay! Heather was so kind and responsive! So happy to find this space. Very close to everything, and a gorgeous view of the bay! We felt so safe in the area, even to go for a run as a woman alone. Thanks so much for accommodating us😊

Our stay at the beach house was great! You couldn't be closer to the water! So much fun kayaking, floating and swimming in the lake! House is much better than the pictures do it justice. For a 2 bedroom house its very big and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. The no wifi was a little bit of a downer but there were plenty of board games to play. There is some street noise but not bad at all. Would most definitely recommend if you are looking for waterfront property. The access to the resort pool was a plus too for the kiddos!

A great spot tucked away!! House was cute and as shown in the pictures, is right on the water and has some great views! It rained the majority of the time we were there so didn’t get to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities, but would have if better weather! Host was very friendly, communicative and responsive!

We had a wonderful time! Going during off season was very peaceful and quiet will definitely book again in the future!

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!

Wonderful quiet place to relax for a Fall weekend. You feel right over the water. Accommodations cozy and comfortable. Will plan to return!

Beautiful location on the water with stunning views, tranquil and peaceful with plenty of osprey and bald eagle sightings (there is a nest across the bay on Pettingill Island visible from the property). The house is very well-appointed and well-decorated. Irena was very communicative and responsive, and the house directions are clear and complete. We would stay there again. Thank you!

Great cottage right on the lake! Kayaks were great to take out and explore the lake and see wildlife as well. The cottage is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well appointed for any cooking you may want to do. Grill and plenty of beach chair/ towels available as well. Adam is extremely responsive and I highly recommend. The place is quite peaceful though the lake gets pretty busy on the weekends with boats but not in an obnoxious way. Loved sipping coffee and reading on the dock each morning. Will definitely book again!

All the previous reviews indicated we would love this location, the setting, the caring of the host....we were inspired to join Airbnb to just be able to stay here!!! The beauty of the surroundings is remarkable and we admire the care taken to keep it in its refined natural state. We are so thankful we took the description and reviews to heart! We now have another great Maine memory!

Beautiful setting. Great host. Quiet. Tranquil. Peaceful. Once we navigated the dirt road we enjoyed the drive to restaurants. Into Bath. Reid State park was amazing. We liked The Osprey. We loved Blue at Grey Havens.

We loved staying at this cabin near Popham beach, the house was beautifully renovated. The renovation kept the cabin feel, yet at the same time felt updated and modern. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Maine water views. Homey cottage. Lots of books and some games on the shelves. Hosts are nearby and responsive. This is a beautiful, restful place, and a good base for getting to Bowdoin and other places in and near Brunswick.
