Eindhoven, Roermond (+ Designer Outlet), Sittard, Maaseik, and Maasmechelen (Village) are all within a 30-minute drive. At the reception, you’ll find plenty of tips for things to do in the area. This house provides a wonderful holiday feeling due to its beautiful location by the water, on the Maasplassen and almost against the center of the atmospheric fortified town of Stevensweert. The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for water sports enthusiasts with a boat rental in the park.

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.

The highlight is the small private beach directly on the property. Stay in a cozy little cottage for up to 4 people and your dog is also welcome. Wir vermieten unser Ferienhaus in Stevensweert. Es befindet sich direkt in der Hafennähe-in zwei min zum Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt für einen Erholungsurlaub am Wasser oder für einen Ausflug am Wochenende. Auch für alle, die ein eigenes Boot haben und auf der Suche nach einer gemütliche Unterkunft sind. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. Das haus ist komplett umzäunt!
