We had a fantastic stay! The beds were very comfortable, kitchen very well stocked, and Lea was a responsive host when we needed more propane for the grill. The cabin is in a great location. 10/10 would recommend for a family or friends getaway!

Secluded Cabin | Hot tub | Kayaks | 2 min to Lake

CatherineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My parents and I very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin over Father’s Day weekend. Our stay was peaceful and provided us the break we needed. Everything had been thoughtfully prepared - from the EV charger (A huge plus! The adapter to the Tesla was provided) to the well-stocked kitchen and spacious beds. We appreciated having all we needed to build a fire, grill, and enjoy meals both indoors and out. It was very easy to communicate with Lindsey. We would absolutely return!

Lost River Blackbird A-Frame Cabin: hot tub + wifi

WillRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Had a great time at Shawn & Sarah's A-frame cabin home! The place was amazing, with plenty of space and amenities. We had four people total, but could have easily fit 2-3 more without issue. Only about a 10-15 min drive to Wardensville, WV which has a grocery store, restaurants, a bakery, a cafe, and everything else you'd need. There are 2-3 hikes within 5-10 minutes of the home which was perfect for us. We did the Halfmoon Mountain trail as well as the Wolf Gap trail to the Big Schloss which were both worth it. Hot tub was great, porch was great, and the grill worked great as well. There was a cardinal that woke us up pretty early the first night because it kept flying into the window of the front door. We fixed this pretty easily by draping a bedsheet over the window we helped a lot. With all that said I would 100% recommend spending a weekend here or longer, it's definitely worth it!

Stay was great! Peaceful getaway but still close to food/ towns. House was extremely clean and comfortable and if you have to unfortunately work internet was great. Had a few small issues and hosts were immediately responsive and jumped into action and checked in. Lots of good hiking trails by as well that are pet friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Mountain View & Hot Tub

KristinRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Perfect weekend to celebrate the soon to be bride! It easily accommodates 8 guests. The extra amenities really made it for us. Down to q-tips and k cups and a fully stocked storage room. Every bed had a memory foam mattress and we all slept like babies. We had forgot bug spray and a bluetooth speaker but it was fine because Lori had it covered! Everything cabinet was properly labeled. Checking and check out instructions were clear and detailed. 5 minutes from Bryce Resorts for a wonderful dinner and about 15 minutes from the beautiful winery we visited. The driveway was extremely steep but that’s uncontrollable and we were thankful we had a beautiful dry weekend to travel on it. Would 100-% book again and bring our families to enjoy! Can’t beat it for the price, highly recommended! Thank you, Lori!

We had a great stay at Sally & Suvdie's home. Everything went smooth and communication was friendly and proactive. The windows and decks to take in the view were excellent. Driving is the best way to get around, but the location is right in the heart of Bryce resort so easy access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the home. Thank you!

Modern Mountain Loft w/Game Room

AliciaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Had a great stay. The picture windows and deck overlooking the wooded lot is incredibly peaceful. The owners home is visible from the drive but not from the loft itself so it feels secluded. I was worried the small fridge wouldn’t hold enough for a several day stay but I was wrong and cooking/preparing meals in the loft was easy. Host is communicative and provided clear instructions for check in/check out and how to use various kitchen appliances, the AC, etc. Game room was a fun addition though we mostly choose to relax in the loft or explore nearby hiking trails. Wouldn’t hesitate staying here again!

Moose Mountain Maison - Golf, Bike, Bryce Resort!

MelissaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We loved our relaxing stay- we sat by the fire, watched movies, played pool, and skied and hiked during our visit. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The host provided extras that were unexpected- handsoap, shower toiletries and a welcome basket of chocolate. So sweet! The house was spacious for our family of 6. I loved that we could all be together and then retreat to our own spaces for sleep.

The host was absolutely amazing, friendly, and ensured everything our stay. The cabin itself was a gem: peaceful, quiet, and nestled in the most serene location. It was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and had all the amenities i needed for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding nature added so much charm, whether it was enjoying coffee on the porch, stargazing at night, or just soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. This place truly felt like an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a cozy retreat!

Forest Retreat w/Outdoor Amenities 4BR

JoeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This home had all the amenities you could want and more. We enjoyed cooking on the Cowboy Cauldron both nights by using foil over the grate. Spacious, private property with a marked trail to the top of Hammon Mountain. Four Comfortable, clean beds in private bedrooms. A quiet, solid 3 story home. We loved the wrap around porch. We saw some deer early in the morning while drinking our coffee The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. Stylish & comfortable. Nice sized, clean bathrooms with good water pressure. Wifi was great. We didn’t notice the propane grill until the last day but the cauldron worked very well. We were in the area to hike at Shenandoah but our family wished we had another night to stay and enjoy the property.

Westlands Cabin in the forest at Lost River

LisaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was my first Airbnb. I didn't know what to expect from a host Leah and Josh were absolutely wonderful. They both responded quickly to any questions I had. I wish I could keep this gem to myself it was everything I wanted and more. The pictures don't do it justice it is remote, beautiful, peaceful and you can disconnect and enjoy your time without outside interference. There is wifi within the house and grounds there is a detailed guest book with everything you need to know about your surroundings. The cabin is comfy cozy and fully stocked. The beds are all wonderful towels are super soft there is shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I can't rave enough about it. I definitely will be a rebook. Can't wait to return. Leah and Josh were excellent!

Ridgetop Retreat

LoriRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
The house was amazing! It was bright and open but with plenty of seating for a group of five/six people and the chairs and couch were very comfortable. So many thoughtful touches. For example, a basket of blankets by the couch, QR code to scan for instructions for the accordian doors, and towels near the front door for the hot tub, are just a few. We all had a blast playing foosball! We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the view. From the deck we saw several deer, birds, and one fox. The owners' recommendation to hike around Lake Laura was a good one. Everyone in our group enjoyed the hike. We also enjoyed dinner at Bryce Resort, which you need a reservation for, but don't have to dress up, business casual was good. The Burn Barrel restaurant was close and had a good breakfast. Thank you for sharing your house! We have many wonderful memories!

Cozy Log Cabin on Lake w/ Mountain Views

FredrickRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our week in Wardensville was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our first wedding anniversary; the views are gorgeous, we loved the cool mountain mornings and evenings, we felt very welcome and safe in the area, we got the chance to unwind and relax in the cabin with a slower pace of life, and Forrest was such a wonderful host- he was communicative and prompt and gave the perfect suggestions to compliment our stay. And when we hit a snag, he made it right, which is the highest mark for a host I think. We can’t wait to spend our 2nd anniversary at the Cabin next summer!!!

This was the perfect weekend getaway! Surrounded by trees and far from the noise of everyday life, it was peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we needed. Having no service turned out to be a gift it really helped us disconnect and be present. Barbara was the best host ever, easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and incredibly thoughtful. The cabin was spontaneously clean and had everything we needed. The NASA touches and space theme made the whole place feel unique and fun. We especially loved taking a nap in the backyard, surrounded by nature it was pure bliss. This will definitely be one of our go-to weekend getaway spots. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing escape!

The Hideaway Lakeside Cabin: WiFi + Lake Access

Patryk PawelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place is better than cabins at Auberge Resorts. We spent a weeeknd here and the place is absolutely amazing. There is no cheap tat here, everything is of the best quality. The cabin is spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Everything is in excellent working order, no nasty surprises. It is perfectly stocked, anyting you may need during a stay is there. Communication is excellent and there is nothing to worry about. Perfect place to relax and unwind. The onlt sad thing is that from now on all other AirBnB's will seem very imperfect as the bar is set so high now. Cannot wait to stay here again.

We loved this property and would definitely go back! The house had everything we needed for the weekend. It was cozy and felt like we were on the trees. That firepit and porch... the best! The weekend we went was really cold or we would have most likely walked to the nearby lake and restaurants.

Truly unforgettable getaway! It's a remote cabin with breath-taking views, but close enough to Lake Laura, breweries, wineries, convenience shop, etc...We spent five days here and were able to accomplish everything listed on the Guest Book! We took full advantage of the grill for dinner, and fire pit for S'mores! We will definitely be coming back to this perfect abode.
