We had such a lovely stay at Bruvoll Feriehus - the home is very cosy with all the amenities for a relaxing, peaceful stay in this beautiful area of Norway. We found the home clean and comfortable. Annike was always friendly and quick to respond to our questions. Check in and out were both easy with clear instructions.

Had a great stay in the cabin over a weekend. Just a few minutes drive from Mikkelparken, which was the main destination of our trip to Kinsarvik. The cabin is idyllically located among the apple orchards, and I had some quiet moments with fishing down by the fjord, while our boys had fun rolling down the hill and jumping on the trampoline that was available to us. Beautiful cabin and surroundings – highly recommended!

We had a great time in the cabin of Heidi and Tor Arne. It is beautifully located and has a great hiking trail next to it. The cabin is nicely decorated and absolutely spotless. The communication was very friendly and Heidi's recommendations for activities in the neighborhood were great. We can highly recommend this cabin.

The house is warm and offers breathtaking views. It is well-equipped with everything we needed, and the location is just a 10-minute drive from Trolltunga and close to Odda. Our host, Airin, provided us with a warm welcome and was very responsive to our needs throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the four days we spent here and hope to visit again in the future.

Our stay at Sylvelin’s was incredible from the moment we arrived until the day we had to leave. The cabin is cozy and we so enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evenings. The farm is a joy and we loved seeing the baby lambs since it was spring. They invited us to watch the sheep be sheered and let our children play with all of the toy equipment outside. The cabin is about 35 minutes drive from Bergen and we were able to get there and other outdoor places easily. I can’t recommend this Airbnb more.

When we left Marit's home, we all felt a little emotional. The trip had been such a great time of rest and adventure, and the place felt like home. We ate breakfast and dinner at the home, which saved a lot of money, and we were also able to do laundry, which was incredibly helpful since we had packed very small bags. It would be impossible to describe how beautiful the home and surrounding countryside is - I live in a farming town in the mountains and it's hard to impress me with natural beauty, but Vik took our breath away. We listened to the bells of the sheep every morning and evening and hiked in the mountains above the rental. We watched local people play soccer and children go to school and boats come and go. We drove to Flam (beautiful, but Vik is 1000% more lovely), took a ferry to Balestrand (worth it), and fell in love with the drive over the tundra above Vik. Marit was a perfect, warm, kind, lovely host and we can't recommend the rental enough. We miss it already.

We stayed at Ole's house for two nights as a family. It was fairly convenient for us to explore nearby tourist attractions. House offers all you expect and some more. Feels cozy to have a warm stove while resting in the evenings.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, stunning views, and unique. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, and to use as a base for great hiking nearby. Nils was very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in this house, right in the middle of nature. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook our meals, and the cozy atmosphere made our evenings especially enjoyable. The heat pump kept the place warm and comfortable, which was a great plus. Overall, a great spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I loved my stay at the house. An idyllic village, lots of beautiful hiking opportunities. Easy access by car, and not too far from towns with larger stores. Great amenities with high speed internet, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Good pressure in the shower. The place has a really nice wood deck at the back, to soak in the sun.

Absolutely amazing accommodation, in the middle of the mountains, by the lake, on a farm among animals. The house was big, beautifully renovated and everything was perfectly prepared, comfortable and clean. Zofia is very nice and communicative. It was a pity that we were only passing through and could only stay one night, maybe we will come back sometime.🙏 Thanx a lot, maybe nextime. 🥰

From start to finish, our experience was absolutely perfect. The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You feel right at home in Kristin and Morten's cottage. It is very cozy and nothing is missing. The underfloor heating in the bathroom, the hallway and the lower bedroom was quickly very warm and the living room can be heated very well with the stove in the shortest possible time (our daytime temperatures were below and around 10° in May). Firewood is free and you can also charge the e-car for free if you have an adapter for 230 volt household outlet. Both a really nice gesture! Kristin responds very quickly and Morten was always patiently available for our many questions. The cat and the chickens that roam freely also gave us a lot of pleasure. The location is perfect to have endless possibilities for day trips from Voss to Odda and Bergen. We hope to have the pleasure of spending some time on your farm again! Thanks for a great week.

This place is 11 out of 10!! A place of dreams. The location and house are absolutely stunning and Mette and Kristian are beyond fabulous hosts always going above and beyond! Our favorite parts of the stay: kayaking in the morning sunlight around the little inlets, fishing from the dock, a sunset sauna or hot tub followed by a fjord cold plunge/swim, relaxing on the deck with a beer, sipping coffee while watching the birds and listening to the waves lap against the dock, cooking in the well stocked kitchen and more. We will be back!!!

Trygve was lovely! The house we stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and cozy! The walk around the property was so wonderful and peaceful. Tryge was so kind and friendly to us when he showed us around his family farm. We hope to return soon. Highly recommended visiting!

Although we only spent one night at the accommodation, we took a lovely walk to explore the beautiful surroundings. Sunniva welcomed us with a warm and cozy home — the fireplace was already crackling when we arrived, filled with freshly added firewood. She even showed us a newborn lamb, which was such a special experience. The place has a very charming and inviting atmosphere.

This was such a peaceful place with a stunning view. We couldn’t have stayed at a better home.

What a lovely stay! The farm is so peaceful. We went with friends and our 13 month old daughter who loved seeing the sheep, and running around the yard. The place was fantastic for kids (high chair, crib, toys). We had the best time walking around the property, cooking delicious food, going in the hot tub and we even took the boat out for a special trip! There’s a sauna 10 minutes down the road which was a treat. Easy 1 hour drive from Bergen. Highly recommend!

Maria and Jarle were fantastic hosts! The Cottage by the Fjord is a charming and cozy spot that felt like home. We loved the cider walk and local hikes and maybe most of all, just hanging out on the water and in the backyard. On top of it, Jarle and Maria were quick to respond and assist. We needed a place to stay for one night on short notice. Everything went great, Anne is very helpful and the place is amazing!

Great location and very nice surrounding. There were odd flies inside the property but it is end of summer and it is in the nature. Lovely Jacuzzi and sauna.

This is an amazing holiday home in a fantastic location in Hardangerfjord. The house is big with many bedrooms and excellent facilities with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The view from the house is breathtaking, the hot tub great and allt the boats and paddleboards make your days full of fun and exciting adventures. The area is great for action or/and relaxing just as you want. Kjetil is a excellent host, easy to comunicate with and very helpful. I highly recomend this property and I hope that I will have the opportunity revisit it soon.
