You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The place is recently renovated with brand new appliances, countertops, and kitchen cabinets. The space is light and airy with private entrance and small fenced in side yard perfect for pets. Bedroom has a queen sized bed and futon. Living room couch is a pull out sleeper. There is a queen sized air mattress and pack n play as well. **Must be comfortable with stairs, there are two sets of stairs when accessing unit

Ok, how gorgeous is this place! My expectations were met to a T while staying at Sam’s Airbnb. If you’re a solo sober traveler like me, this is where you want to lay your head at night. The house and neighborhood are serenely peaceful after dark, even with planes flying nearby (you won’t hear them) which is crazy because the airport is a stone’s throw down the hill. It is impeccably clean in the rental and a bidet is a huge plus lol. My room faced a beautiful garden wall so waking up to floral aromas and hummingbirds was like a Disney princess slumber. Rooms have their own personal keypad so no need to worry about your belongings while out exploring. If you have a car it is so easy to get literally anywhere in town so if you’re thinking hotel vs airbnb, this is a great find and affordable compared to hotel rates. You’ll rarely run into the hosts but if you need anything they are a quick message away and usually respond faster than you hit the Enter button. 10/10 would stay here again.

Jill is a great host. She makes sure I have what I need and I feel comfortable staying at her place. I will stay there again.

I had a wonderful time at Sara’s place with my family. The location was perfect and walkable to everything. The view was amazing and we enjoyed eating out on the patio. Sara was super accommodating and a really great host. I would definitely stay at her place again.

Annette was very friendly and flexible with check in. The room was very tidy and had all the things we needed for our stay. She was very quick with her responses, even though Airbnb said her average response time was 2 hours she reached back within minutes.

We enjoyed our stay with Paul and Paulina. The space was so cute, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. There are a few nearby walkable restaurants. I highly recommend Cesarina for a delicious Italian dinner. There's also lots of great food, coffee and shops in the area! The planes didn't bother us at all. We had a great time in beautiful Ocean Beach.
