We stayed here just under a week and it was a home away from home, the St Charles streetcars were a short walk away, there is a cafe and bar around the corner. Alexandra and Aldo also provided a guide book of recommendations for things to do/see, eat and drink. The suite is well taken care of, clean & comfortable. Checking in was super easy as is check out. The neighbourhood looks a little uneasy but the neighbour’s are quiet, and everyone we passed on the street are lovely, we played football with some kids on our walk back to the suite after adventuring out, it was fun, homes were decorated for Halloween that was also great to view. All in all, we would definitely stay again if we were to return to NOLA, the location is perfect as is the suite. Thanks Alexandra and Aldo!

The place was much bigger than expected with a large and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful house and meticulously kept. Very clean and has all the bathroom amenities you may need! Extremely convenient for our fishing trips to Venice and Empire marinas. Just a heads up the internet could be spotty with speed tests at 15-20 mbps but that wasn’t very important for us since the location was ideal for fishing all day.

Nice, cozy studio. Day bed is probably 6' max - I'm not sure it would be as comfy for anyone 5'8 or taller? Nothing up the stairs except private storage. Shower's a bit interesting - 3 different settings but no good way to run the water in advance to get to temp without getting water everywhere. No hair dryer in the bathroom, fyi. Space heater was great during the cold snap. Need to press checkmark after the door code is entered on the electronic lock, but pretty self explanatory. About 10 minute walk from Walmart. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Was able to keep my luggage there as I wrapped up a walking tour, which I appreciated!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Joe's place! From the moment I arrived, Joe proved to be an exceptional host – incredibly friendly, genuinely supportive, and remarkably kind. My entire stay was a truly enjoyable experience, and I couldn't be happier with every aspect of it. Joe's responsiveness was outstanding; he consistently replied to any queries with impressive speed, always ensuring I had everything I needed and was comfortable. Beyond his efficiency, the highlight was undoubtedly our wonderful in-person conversation, where he generously shared fantastic recommendations for local attractions and places to visit. I am immensely grateful for everything Joe did to make my visit so special. I wholeheartedly recommend his hospitality to anyone seeking a delightful and worry-free stay.
