Garden Cottage luxury stays,10 Min Drive to Beach

KiranRating, 5 stars3 days ago
I book Emily’s place pretty last minute for a getaway for my parents. She was instantly in contact to let us know about things to do locally and communicated the check in instructions with plenty of notice and it was great! What a stunning place to stay and perfect for a little getaway ☺️ I can’t thank Emily enough for making the place so homely and welcoming as well as being so responsive. Based on my parents reaction when they got back, we will definitely be booking this place again!

Spacious and bright 1 bedroom flat with parking

JackieRating, 5 starstoday
We stayed for four nights to go to my cousin’s 70th birthday weekend so we weren’t in the flat very much, but it was exactly what we wanted. Helen’s instructions were very clear, but do take notice of what she says about the keys. The bed was very comfortable, the shower excellent and a spacious living room with a good quality TV. The kitchen was well stocked. We particularly enjoyed Helen’s choice of colours and design of things. The light that went on independently in the hall is very useful at night. Stalham is an excellent centre and we can recommend walks in Barton woods and chilling out watching the boats at Horning.

Luxury beach house, private steps to dunes…

RuthRating, 5 stars1 week ago
An idyllic getaway with easy access to a very large but quiet sandy beach. Sea shallow enough to paddle/swim in. Accommodation top notch with relaxing areas in the back (hammock) and front veranda. Polly has thought of everything within the house so you will want for nothing.

Kingfisher's Retreat

LauraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing stay at Kingfisher Retreat on Mill Farm. The safari-style tent was beautifully designed and tucked away in a secluded spot, offering complete privacy away from the main campsite. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and fully equipped for a comfortable stay - though a toaster would have been a nice little addition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic, with underfloor heating that made it warm and cozy morning and night. Although we spent most days exploring the Norfolk area, we could have easily spent all our time at the retreat, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquility. Communication before our visit was smooth, and we received a warm welcome from Lillie. The fresh bread, milk, and eggs were thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a truly peaceful and private escape - perfect for switching off and reconnecting with nature. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

The Happi Hut

Lovely secluded B&B. We stayed over the hottest weekend of the year so far, but it was shaded and very comfortable temperature, nice and cool for sleeping at night. Loved the secure garden for our little dog.

Barn Owl Holiday Cottage, Happisburgh

A great stay, so cosy, with everything I needed. Stayed on a work trip and appreciated so much space to work, to take walks and very comfy bed to sleep in. Especially liked the sky light and could look at the stars before falling asleep .

Ambleside - Luxury Static Caravan

PeterRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A perfect place for a week on the lovely, unspoilt Norfolk coast. The caravan is genuinely luxurious, very well and generously equipped, comfortable, quiet and cosy. It really does have everything you need and Max has clearly given a lot of thought to what guests might need. Everything is high quality, new and in excellent condition. There is plenty of all the things you need like plates, mugs, cutlery etc plus a few basics to welcome you (milk etc).

Lovely relaxing holiday home, ideal to visit the north Norfolk coast. Wasn’t as close to the sea as we thought it would be but within walking distance for fit able people. Everything we needed was provided, even games and videos if required. Thank you Jo
