LOOK NO Further! This is the place you want to stay if you're looking to visit the Sequoias or you have a long term stay in town. If I could give Mike's place 10 stars I would. My husband and I stayed there with my newborn baby and 3-year old son. It was perfect for a family. We appreciated the comfort of the beds, the decorations (& themes of the rooms), the games, the welcome goodies, and I especially LOVED how everything was labeled and easy to find and navigate in the house. You can tell that Mike and Scarlett take much pride in this property and all of their airbnb listings. Visalia is an awesome town and I can't wait to go back. Don't forget to check out the Farmer's Market on a Saturday morning.

It was very clean. The sunroom was great entertainment for the kids but it is a very hot room. no central air. I would stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at Lizeth’s. The place was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Lizeth’s is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting some national parks nearby. The hosts were friendly and greeted us when we arrived. They were kind enough to leave some water and snacks in the home and the property was quiet and secluded. There was also a lot of information on local spots and attractions. Lots of wildlife to see around the property! Would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area.

We had an amazing stay at the cabin and the surrounding ranch. The location was perfect. It was very peaceful and ideal for exploring the river. We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed great areas for walking and fishing. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and very welcoming. It was great for our family of four. Evenings on the beautiful patio with the gas fire pit were a highlight. Any questions we had were answered quickly and kindly. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. It was our first visit to Three Rivers, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It is ideally located just minutes from the entrance to Sequoia NP. It's truly one of the most convenient spots you could ask for if you're planning to explore the parks. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature. Right across the street is Totem Market, which offers delicious salads and sandwiches. We really appreciated the friendly hospitality and the convenience of having it so close by. While local restaurants served great food, prices were on the higher side, which we expected for the area. The cabin itself was clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked, especially the kitchen. We didn’t use the fire pit or BBQ, but both were available. The only minor issue we encountered was needing to jiggle the toilet handle occasionally to keep it from running. Otherwise, everything was perfect for our family of three. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable base to explore Sequoia.

A Perfect Cabin Getaway! Our stay at this Three Rivers cabin was pure magic! Just a 5-minute drive from Sequoia National Park, it offered unbeatable access. Nearby restaurants and a market were super convenient. The cabin felt like a charming step back in time but with all the modern comforts: a well-equipped kitchen, great A/C, Wi-Fi, and tons of board games. Outside, we loved the peaceful spots to relax and watch nature. Deer and turkeys visited the spacious backyard, thrilling the kids! Nights were incredibly quiet, just the nearby river's roar and an unbelievably clear, star-filled sky due to zero light pollution. It was the perfect blend of natural beauty and cozy convenience. Highly recommend for an unforgettable Sequoia adventure!

We loved our time at Colin’s house. It was perfect for our family of four with teenagers. The location is perfect for accessing the national park! We enjoyed the fire pit, porch, and kitchen, especially, for relaxing before and after a long day of exploring in the mountains. We will come back some day!

Lovely low key spot. You can hear the river from the house which is lovely. This is NOT a luxury rental, but it provides a clean comfortable space with river access. Beds were comfortable and back deck has a propane grill, which is great for chilling after a long day among the sequoias. Good Value, would definitely stay again.

The property was wonderful. Peaceful and private which is what we were looking for. Short drive to town in one direction, and short drive to Sequoia National Park in the other direction -perfectly located. The home was cozy and rustic, and we were able to see deer, turkeys, and many birds while we were there. Comfortable amenities, and friendly hosts. We were extremely pleased and really enjoyed our time.

We had the most incredible few days here! The hot tub was incredible after long days of hiking. On the last night, we had a little bonfire on the water and stargazed as the fire died out. It was perfect. We also loved watching the lizards, hummingbirds, and squirrels play outside while we sat in the reading nook!
