Mountain barndominium retreat with pickleball

Bring the whole family to this great retreat from the world with lots of room for fun on 333 acres with 5 miles hiking trails. Large kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living room area spaces one in the loft with ping pong. A large front porch with swing and patio with dining and seating with a view. We also have a firepit for bonfires. Ideal for families to come together to play and reconnect. Our driveway has an adjustable basketball net, pickleball and cornhole and we have a gym area.

Enjoy peace and quiet in our quiet East Tennessee home, Brook n Wood Farms. Nestled in a quiet hollow in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains, this two bedroom farmhouse is the perfect quiet get away. There is plenty to do within a 90 minute or less drive. We have worked hard to renovate this old farm house, doing our best to keep as much of the original work as possible.
