It takes 3 minutes to walk to the bus stop where there are buses regularly. There are great hiking trails and a lovely fresh water in the area. Det er 8 minutter i bil til sørlandsparken, som har alle de kjente dagligvarebutikkene og nordens største kjøpesenter. Det tar omtrent 5 minutter å gå ned til stranden, og med bil tar det 9 minutter til dyreparken. Det er 4 parkeringsplasser på tomten, men det er også gratis gateparkering rett over gaten.
