Rest easy in this picturesque, very spacious tranquil home ready for you for a relaxing stay. Minutes from umass, 10min to either Amherst or Noho. Not only will you have access to the hot tub and walk in the hay fields behind the house but we are directly across from the Connecticut River. Perfect spot for swimming or kayaking. Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains/hay and corn fields from multiple rooms in the house. This space is above an all female wood working shop, happy to give tour!

River Run is an incredibly peaceful and private property with a Har-Tru tennis court and cedar hot tub in the Berkshire hills! This 1815 double cape farmhouse has been lovingly restored, renovated and expanded over the past 30 yrs. It comfortably sleeps 10 adults, or more if requested. Our favorite things: tennis, hot tub, firepit in the woods, swimming in local lakes and rivers, cross-country skiing, watching the sunset from the front porch, and sleeping to the sounds of the river!

The best Airbnb property in the Amherst/Northampton area! Featured on "Exclusive Getaways". A little bit of everything, way better than a hotel!
