This place is so cozy and peaceful! Great location, and the host really made us feel right at home. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Deborah was the perfect host! Always responsive and super friendly. The place was beautiful with an absolutely gorgeous view. We got to see some stunning sunrises (not normally our thing, but we had to be up early and that more than made up for it). There were lots of thoughtful touches like charging cables for all types of phones on both sides of the bed - not always easy to handle on travel, so this was most welcome The bed linens were wonderfully soft and warm, made for delightful sleep. Additionally when I caused problems with their plumbing, she was super chill and nice about it - I'm still so very sorry for that, Deborah! Thank you for an absolutely delightful stay!

Jeff & Mel’s place was beautiful, cozy and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in, with incredibly soft and snuggly linens. The couch could be easily adjusted into another sleeping option. The kitchen was well appointed and the coffee and tea options were abundant. The hosts were extremely friendly, thoughtful, flexible and easy to reach. We had a lovely time. Highly recommend!

This is a great location just a few minutes drive to Smith College and downtown Northampton. We also enjoyed walking the nearby rail trail. As the listing clearly states there is some noise from the nearby road, but it isn’t overwhelming and didn’t interfere with our sleep.

Bernard’s place was exactly as described! The place was spotless, comfortable and full of thoughtful amenities. The surroundings were beautiful. The location was just close enough to nearby towns and excellent hiking. Recommended.

Josh's place is extremely convenient to restaurants and shops but feels like it is in a private country setting. Peace and quiet was no exaggeration - the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The place is well-stocked with everything we might need. The apartment is also very tastefully decorated, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bedroom and bed are very comfortable.

Wonderful location just a quick and quiet stroll away from all noho had to offer, and very thoughtfully appointed. Debra was a clear and proactive communicator and we were all very pleased with our stay at her property. This unit was perfectly laid out for a group to share space, with the common areas separating the bedrooms. Would absolutely stay again!

The space is very clean. I stayed 2 nights and brought my dog with me. The only thing that I was surprised about was that there wasn't a door to the bedroom area. I had looked at the pictures and assumed the door I saw was to the bedroom but it was a closet. The bed area is separated by a partial wall but not an actual door. Something to keep in mind if you have additional people sleeping on the pull out couch.

Our second stay here! Had fresh coffee available for the morning and eggs in the fridge. Thank you Joy!!

Really cute and comfortable place close to everything we needed!

Amazing stay at Richards. It is like the photographs and so much more. Richard was friendly and helpful and enjoyed sharing his home, sculptures and gardens with others. The apartment is beautiful and peaceful and a great getaway. He has put so much love and energy into his home and property and we are so lucky to be able to enjoy it also. I look forward to returning. A nice escape into the country side of western mass but still close to so many adorable small towns, farms, Northampton and fun little back roads.!!!

This home was exactly as described and spotless clean. Michael was proactive reaching out to make sure we had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the locations was in a peaceful neighborhood with a very short drive to everything in the old downtown area.

The loft is amazing. And the location was perfect for us, walkable to all the restaurants and to the Smith Campus for our event. It was a really great place to stay!

We stayed 4 nights at Aisjah's beautiful rental for our daughter's wedding at Union Station Banquets. What a perfect location. Everything is within walking distance and yet the home is beautiful and quiet with gorgeous flowers all around. Absolutely spotless home that seems brand new; kitchen has new appliances and all the necessities and linens were plentiful and spotless. Bedrooms, living room and large full bathroom are upstairs while the kitchen and eating area are downstairs. Hope to have another opportunity to stay here!

It was a perfect place for what we needed. I’m a foodie and a cook, so having a kitchen with the basics is a must. It was almost there! I had wanted to make bacon for breakfast but no pans were suitable size. I sautéed chicken for the three of us in the sauce pan and sort of made it all work. Fortunately I brought a mixing bowl buecause there were no bowls to make a dinner salad in. Everything else was great!

Great place! Everything was very nice. The extra "goodies" (fresh fruit, coffee, ...) were appreciated. If I'm ever in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Lindsey is kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The house was very clean, cozy, and bed was so comfortable for a great sleep.

A great apt, conveniently located near Northampton. Great restaurant up the street, which host recommended. Pool and hot tub were wonderful, and we had them all to ourselves - the hosts left the back yard to us! Right size apartment for the 2 of us plus our little terrier. Very comfortable king bed, although rooms were a bit crowded with extra daybeds and trundle beds in case of a larger group. Host was very accommodating - even raced to Walmart to get insect repellant due to rainy weather.

Xianxiu is lovely and the place is just as! Very quaint and beautiful. Located in a quiet neighborhood and a 5 min drive/15-20 min walk to Main St. The listing feels historical and is a very unique place to stay. From the huge bathtub to even the windows, the Elm Suite is something special. The only thing I would say is that the mattress is stiff and squeaky but personally, that didn’t impact my experience! Highly recommended the stay.
