Drift off in this very unique and peaceful artist's residence. The house is located in the village of Tånum, just five miles from downtown Randers. The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 55 x 79 inch (140 cm x 200 cm) bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. You can walk, hike, run and bike (mountain bike ) and swim. Train station 1 km . Shopping 800 m. Located between Viborg, Aarhus, Silkeborg, and Randers. Perfect for a large family or a smaller group (max. 8) with space for socializing and activities. Electric vehicle charging is available on Østergade or near the local Brugs supermarket – approximately 700 meters from the property.
