The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a three-party house in Stade Kopenkamp with 2 sides of views over rooftops & treetops, quiet yet central. Whether the beautiful old town or the nearby idyllic lake, everything is within walking distance, also the train station & supermarket in about 13 minutes' walk. The charming old building apartment, newly renovated, is ideal for two or three. A sofa bed offers an additional sleeping space.

The sunny apartment with balcony, on the 2nd floor, is located in the middle of Himmelpforten. The train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot, as well as the bakery and shopping. By train you are in 11 minutes in the center of Stade and in 70 minutes at Hamburg Central Station. Cuxhaven is also only about 40 minutes away. A monitor can be used for working. You have the option to charge your electric car directly at the parking lot. Only the current electricity rate will be charged.

Krautsand is about 4 km away and has a beautiful sandy beach. Right outside the door you will find the Elbe Cycle Path where you can take great tours by bike or on foot. The apartment is located in the attic of a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac location in the outskirts of Hamburg. I live on the ground floor. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is 3 minutes away. By bus and train or by car, you can reach Hamburg in about 40 minutes. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious hallway. Stable fiber optic network is available.
