We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations into the countryside possible. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

The entire 55 m² two-room apartment is located in a quiet side street between the town hall and university hospital. The apartment is on the first floor at the back of the house and is very quiet. The balcony is also on the quiet backside and has sun all day. In addition, two bicycles can also be used free of charge. :) There is no free parking 🅿️ in the street, but a larger number of streets with free parking nearby. Best regards, Christian

Located directly on the main mile in the west of Leipzig, you can walk to almost everything. The trendy district of Lindenau/Plagwitz offers enough activities for a successful weekend. Stroll right in front of the front door along the Karl-Heine Canal, take a canoe tour or indulge in one of the many local restaurants. The highlight of the apartment is clearly the balcony. Enjoy the beautiful view of Plagwitz and of course the sun, if it shines :)

Our apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet residential neighborhood of Halle. In 20 minutes' walk or just under 10 minutes by tram you are in the city center. On foot it is only 5 minutes to the parks on the Saale. Numerous museums and galleries are within easy reach, The apartment is cozy and individually furnished, but not crowded. We can accommodate up to 5 people.
