You will like the old villa with garden. It is quietly located in the Connewitz district, the local recreation area of the Leipzig residents 100 years ago. The renovated caretaker apartment is located in the basement. You can quickly reach the city center or the alluvial forest with wildlife park, Lake Markleeberg and Lake Cospuden. The tram stop lines 9 and 11 as well as the S-Bahn Connewitz with direct connection to the city center, the train station and the airport can be found within a five-minute walk of the property.

Beautiful House in the middle of Germany

Feedback of guests: We stayed for 2 nights in this very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had very modern fittings including a large walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and there was an attractive living room. Although the apartment is in a rural area, the town of Halle is within 10 miles and the nearest supermarket is only about 2 miles away. We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely apart. located in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Dear guests , as I am rarely at home, I like to provide my cool apartment ( upper floor in my semi-detached house) as a guest / apartment. Modern rooms and fireplace in the living room. Kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom and kitchen were modernized in 2023. If you have any questions, just ask. Hallway on the ground floor is shared . ( entrance area ) Wifi / Netflix available.
