This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

There are two kitchens, one on first floor is outfitted more like a wet bar but has oven, microwave, full fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and dishes. Second floor kitchen is outfitted more for cooking and meals with more dishes and more cookware than the 1 st floor. Downstairs we have pool table and bar seating with a 70 inch large TV. We are family friendly, we have a pack and play for little kids with a fitted sheet, safety gates, and a strap in booster chair.
