The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

The host carefully took care of the necessary parts before departure, and even when staying at the accommodation, he was considerate by checking in to see if everything was okay. The accommodation is also the same as the photos, and I had a really nice stay. In particular, the view was good because it was located on the 30th floor, and it was equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the rice noodle restaurant recommended by the host was also very delicious. The chicken cartilage fried in a white building in the alley between the entrance of w-mart and Building A was also very delicious. It was my first trip to Da Nang, and it was a really good memory. It's one of the best properties. It's comparable to a resort or hotel connecting room when traveling with family. Breakfast is much better to go out and buy because there are many restaurants in Vietnam that open early (even Michelin-starred restaurants are open at 7 o'clock). I stayed for 5 nights and used several restaurants in the building for breakfast, and they all tasted good. The accommodation is safe with a security guard, and the building residents are decent. The surroundings were not noisy or loud. Above all, the view overlooking the Da Nang is great. Wherever you go, you can get there quickly with Grab. In Da Nang, walking distance doesn't mean anything because of the heat. The taxi fare is also very cheap. I highly recommend this accommodation. It can be the best choice, especially for travelers of 5-6 people.

The accommodation was clean and around the Han River, so the river view was also great. It was in the center of Da Nang, so I was able to move quickly wherever I went. This is the listing I'd like to use again the next time I come to Da Nang.

Zing Zung’s place was fabulous and she was such an amazing host! While staying there we realized that our visas for our next TWO locations had to be printed and panicked a bit, but she was happy to print what we needed and bring it to us! She’s such a gem and the apartment was lovely!

Thao was an amazing host, and very responsive! My family and I enjoyed our stay in the roomy, condo that was provided. We felt very safe, and would recommend the space to future Da Nang tourists or visitors in ths future!

Great location. A few minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby. Very easy to get a Grab taxi from this location. Check in was ok. We were asked for our arrival time in advance,but the taxi driver had to call the host to come and meet us in reception. Really nice apartment, nice bed, great bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Excellent internet speed and the router is conveniently placed by the TV for a LAN connection using the TV as a monitor. Small balcony but perfect for drying clothes. Good washing machine with detergent provided. There was shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrushes etc even though we brought our own. Overall a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

nice clean, bright apartment. spacious, nice balcony, full fridge, great sunrise views, friendly helpful host. the giant pool is just below the flat, the ocean is 5 minutes walk through the compound. one note, the place is a little isolated and the restaurant at the hotel is not very good, so stock up in Da Nang on your way down and plan to eat out (you can get to Hoi An or An Bang beach with a 10-15 taxi for great food options)

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

Duc was very friendly and accomodating. We booked a bit last second but he was still very responsive and made sure that we we’re comfortable and settled in. The place was clean and spacious with the master bed room having a huge a bathroom that was very clean. The kitchen was nice and the dry cleaner and washing machine came in very handy for us too. Overall this place is amazing and would highly recommend booking with Duc and staying here at altars suite da nang.

The location is in downtown Da Nang, so it's easy to get around It's a great place for families to travel and stay You can cook and eat because you're shopping, and the view is pretty bad.

This was our first visit to Da Nang and we loved both the city and this BnB! Very spacious and a great view. Lots of nearby restaurants and very walkable. We would certainly look at getting this place again when we go back!

The location was perfect and convenient to go anywhere. The view from the room was amazing, and we could see Lady Buddha clearly. We woke up to plenty of sunlight every morning and enjoyed Da Nang from early in the morning. You can take out the trash 24 hours a day. The air conditioning worked well. You can hang your laundry on the sunny balcony, and there is a dryer, so you don't have to worry about rainy weather. There were two bathrooms, one with a rain shower and one with a handheld shower. There was no shortage of hot water even if you took a shower at the same time. The shared pool and gym in the building are small, but they look like they would be fun if you were staying for a long time. There was also a ping pong table. Ngoc was a very good host. She replied quickly and the check-in was smooth. She answered my questions about the rare fruits I found in the market in detail. Thank you. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Da Nang.
