Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day

Relax with mile-long walks or bike rides (bikes can be borrowed). In this quiet area there is a 40 sqm private little house with two bedrooms at each end (respectively 160/140cm bed), a living room with sofa and dining area, bathroom w shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Stay near Eurovision in Malmö! Our charming home is perfectly located for the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. It takes about an hour by car and 1.5 hrs to Malmö. The bus to Ystad station goes right outside the house. Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the totally renovated stables which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. To the property there is a big landscaped garden that is 100 years old. You can enjoy a pond, rose walk, berries and fruits. The house has sauna and fireplace.

You will have a full house with a private location with view over the fields. There are some old bikes at the house you can use and you have a 10 minute ride down to the beach.
