In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

The great thing is, bicycles are included in the rental, so you can cycle directly from the front door towards the Wadden Sea. (20 min.) The use of the bicycles is at your own risk. We are 6 people from France and are looking for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea. The East Frisia region is beautiful with its islands, beaches, dikes and windmills. We were very warmly welcomed by the Weikert family at the Huus Karoline. The owners are very friendly and have made sure we have everything we need. They even invited us to a tea ceremony together. Communication before arrival went very smoothly. They live right next door should you need them. They give good recommendations and can explain a lot about the region. The house is large, clean and comfortable for 6 adults (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Everything is suitable for young children. As in the house description, all equipment is available. Huus Karoline is very well located between Norddeich and Bensersiel. Many thanks to Gisela and Reinhard, they are wonderful hosts - we highly recommend this house! Maxence and family

We felt very comfortable on the tastefully modernized estate. The apartment is furnished to a high standard, the outdoor area is beautifully designed and also a table tennis table and table soccer were used. The farm is quietly located and was an ideal starting point for excursions for us. In the surrounding towns there are various good restaurants or farm cafes. In short, we would be happy to recommend the place.

We felt very comfortable! The apartment is very lovingly decorated and very idyllically located overlooking grazing cows. I would especially like to highlight the cleanness of the apartment! Everything was sparkling clean! We lacked nothing - simply the perfect starting point for a day trip to Norderney. Thank you - we will be happy to come back.

A really great accommodation in quiet surroundings! It only took us 15-20 minutes by car to get to the beach. Since we were there with our four-legged friend, it was important to us that he can go everywhere and this was possible! Whether on the lake, on the dog beach or in the restaurants and he also felt right at home in the apartment. :) We thank you for a great stay in your beautiful holiday home and will definitely come back again.

Achim's house in East Frisia is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends! The many rooms and the size of the living and dining area (open kitchen) offer retreats as well as space for communal activities; the well-kept and large garden is very inviting to play. The barbecue area behind the pond (is fenced, smaller children and dogs are protected) is covered, so even in bad weather you have the opportunity to sit outside. The kitchen is super equipped - like everything in this house, functional and thoughtful! We were there in April and more in the House as planned - the underfloor heating and the conservatory (great views) have beautified our stay there. The location is great: tours to the Great - and Eternal Sea by bike are possible; by car you can quickly get to Emden, Aurich or Greetsiel. In the village, there is also a lot to discover (e.g. museum, tea puffs). - Thank you, Achim!
