Take a break and enjoy the tranquility of scenic surroundings close to Gudenåen. The house oozes simplicity and relaxation, and is right for you, who weigh more than luxury. The house is close to nature and forest and only about 300 meters from Gudenåen. The house consists of kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom from 2023 with sauna. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds with 4 sleeping places. Outside there is a large sunny terrace, and a large lawn with 2 football goals.

In the heart of Djursland, the prairie trolley holds high to the sky and views of the steppe. The prairie is quiet and located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three shores as well as lovely Molsbjerge and more. The prairie cart has everything a normal home contains just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and wilderness bath (available) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on site but otherwise maintain a respectful distance. LOVELY LITTLE ROMANTIC COTTAGE IN a great location at Femmøller Strand, Ebeltoft (Egil Fischer's holiday town). The house is 36 m2. In the house there is 1 double bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed with space for 2. In addition, a cozy annex with a man and a half bed. The house is located 200 meters from the beach and is located just behind Molskroen and Molskroen's popular ice house. The house is on a nice road with avenues in quiet surroundings. Fantastic enclosed garden. Close to Ebeltoft town and harbor.

Relax in a cozy and calm environment. Fun A house with wood-burning stove, Sauna in the garden and cold water bath. There is also access to Sminge Sø, Gudenåen and the Bird Tower. Almost right next to Svostrup Kro. A nice walk along Gudenåen. Pets are allowed. We have a dog ourselves, so the grounds are fenced. In addition, we have a small boat by the lake where you can sail a little down by Gudenåen and fish. Smoking inside is not allowed. There is coffee and tea in the house as well as wood for the sauna.

The atmosphere in the living room is rustic with brick floors and wooden ceiling for tilt with detached beams. It has a beautiful view here through the large windows and plenty of space to gather the large family around the plank table. In the fireplace room, the lounge chairs with wheels can be easily moved around as you wish. Gather around cooking in the delicious, large carpentry kitchen in the living room, or enjoy the feeling of wellness in the bathroom with the wooden cane and the nice brass details
